Vacation rentals with lake access in 7th arrondissement

The studio is small but well arranged and nicely decorated. We were hosted well by Samira and communication with her was pleasant, she always responded very quickly especially when we arrived which is very much appreciated

We stayed at the accommodation with 10 people. We would also agree with the hosts that the place is basically suitable for 9 people. Here's what to know: The house is quite brightly lit. If everyone has a similar rhythm, that's not a problem. It would be nice to have places to hang and put clothes in all rooms. In 2 rooms, only one was possible. The amenities are basically as described. Nice kitchen, enough dishes, comfortable beds, good location. Caroline always responded very quickly (max. 15 minutes), was very solution-oriented and always very friendly😀 Thanks for that!🫶🏽

Clean apartment and as described, in a quiet and peaceful area. Anne is responsive and responds quickly to messages. I recommend it!

Riad is an incredibly kind host, and this apartment gives you peace and quiet at night, but makes accessing Paris simple. The place is very clean and extremely spacious and the metro C line is just about a 5 minute walk away. And, there is an Auchan supermarket just over 10 minute walk. The view of the Eiffel Tower lit up at night was a bonus.

Good location, very clean accommodation. I forgot to take out the trash when I left otherwise the accommodation was what I expected

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

The apartment is in a very good location, close to the center of Enghien-Les-Bains, the train station and the lake. No need to take the car! It has the charm of the old with parquet floors, high ceilings. I recommend it!

It’s an excellent experience to stay at Patrices place. Patrice gave us the clear guidance about the studio and everything around it.The view from the terrace is amazing!!!!! We enjoyed our stay in Vincennes. Would like to come back one day!

We were allowed to spend 2 nights here, and everything really worked out... Emmanuel's apartment is quite small, but very well and above all modernly furnished - absolutely sufficient for a short trip to Paris. In the kitchen you can find everything you need. The beds were really very comfortable. The apartment is very well connected and close to a metro station. Emmanuel was very nice - the self-check-in + out was totally uncomplicated. An absolute recommendation!

Great appartment and even greater host!

A very kind and welcoming host and nice flat! The flat is cosy, clean and very comfortable. We all felt like at home right away! Claude was always answering any questions we had quickly! The neighborhood is quite busy, lots of interesting architecture and nice places for coffee and food! If you travel by car we could recommend mamas shelter parking garage.

House is slightly far away from important tourist places but near to the metro station, making it very easy to go anywhere. Locality is peaceful and there are nice restaurants within walking distance The apartment itself is beautiful, loaded with all amenities and worth the price paid mehdii is very responsive and clearly communicated in advance, no trouble whatsoever we enjoyed our stay

Incredible value, lovely apartment. Sofabed surprisingly comfortable, beautiful area, close enough to the centre of Paris for easy commute but a bit out and quiet for the evening. Had a lovely time and would go again.

Claude thank you so much for the very warm welcome we received. You gave our two dogs the run of your garden, even though you had to keep your two pugs indoors. We would love to return in future. ~ Andrew & Brenda.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Thierry was a great host and very helpful. So much so we extended our stay for another two night. Thierry’s wife was also great and suggested a lovely little creperie (L’tang D’Art) which is a must visit. Our favourite bar to sit outside and watch the sun go down was Diane on the square in Lamorlaye. Will be back 😎

I was able to stay at Thierry's place: very quiet, spacious, very spacious. Each of the cottages has a terrace where you can sunbathe while looking at the equestrian buildings all around. There is a very large lawn in front of the cottages where children can run and play safely. The space was better than the photos, bigger. We can come to several families on several apartments because they form a beautiful set. Thierry is a very nice host.
