Apartment vacation rentals in 7th arrondissement

We very much enjoyed our stay at Didier’s home. Our favorite aspect was the location, right in the middle of a wonderful neighborhood, filled with quant little cafes, bakeries, shops, and local families too. It was so special to see how real Parisian’s live and we feel blessed to have found this place. We also appreciated Didier’s clear communication.

We had the most amazing stay. Stephane was very responsive and friendly. We loved the additional touch of leaving complimentary snacks and drinks. Thanks so much Stephane!

It’s a very clean and lovely place. Enjoyed very much with my husband. Close to metro line 6 which takes you to pretty much all the major places. Host is also very helpful and responsive.

It was a real pleasure to stay at Victor’s apartment while in Paris. The apartment is located in the heart of Saint Germain just off Boulevard Saint Germain in a very nice and well maintained building. Victor greeted me at the apartment when I checked in and was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment itself is very stylish, clean and quite spacious for Paris. I hope to be back here soon!

Filippo had his house manager Tim check us in. Tim was standing outside waiting for us when we walked up to show us in. It’s a bit of a haul up to the top floor and Tim was super helpful with our bags which I appreciate after traveling a long way. The elevator goes to the 5th floor and then Tim helped get the bags up the final flight to the top. Tim is a great guy and speaks very good English which was helpful. The view of the Eiffel Tower was unprecedented. It made our trip we watched it twinkle as a family every night. It was a life changing trip the the apartment contributed to it. Be careful in hotter months. Amazing for a family of 4.

This place is unbelievable. If you want Paris views, this is the place to be. You can see the Eiffel, Arc and Montmartre from the flat! How can you beat waking up, opening your eyes and seeing the Eiffel tower! You’re equidistant, in terms of walking between the Tower and the Arc, so that was super convenient. The host was super responsive and accommodating, and really went out of their way to help. Really great experience!

We really enjoyed our stay the place was well located to get to where we needed to go Small and comfy fresh bakeries nearby supermarkets nearby and the metro not very far walking distance Would recommend to stay here if you want to get around Paris as it’s very central

I’m a frequent visitor to Paris, but this was my first Airbnb experience. I booked Arthur’s place months in advance because it was listed as a rare find with excellent reviews. For this trip, my family and I wanted something different—a true Parisian flat with charm, character, and a great view, rather than a hotel stay. Arthur met us outside the apartment, gave us a tour, and even shared a bit about growing up there. He was always easy to reach and very responsive, which was much appreciated. The apartment had everything we needed, which was perfect for our family with two small kids. We had breakfast and lunch there comfortably—it was fully equipped for cooking. And having the Eiffel Tower right in front of us while sipping coffee in the morning or wine in the evening was truly magical. Thank you, Arthur!

My wife and I had a great long weekend stay here in a marvelous flat with a great balcony over the streets. Spacious for 2 adults and light and airy. Bed was comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Quiet at night yet moment's from the sights and attractions. Very safe around the area at night too on the walks home. Would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely apartment with delicious restaurant and bakery below. Walking distance to other great restaurants, bars and shopping. Close the US Embassy. Easy access for Uber pickups. Walking distance to Lafayette Galleries mall shopping, Vendome Louie Vuitton store, Ritz Carlton and more. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Paul is a fabulous host. He went above and beyond our expectations! He carried our suitcase upstairs and gave us a nice bottle of champagne. The kitchen is well appointed and it was great to have a washer/dryer. Furniture is super comfortable. The apartment is in a great neighborhood with a view of the Eiffel Tower. We had a great stay and hope to return!

Sylvie and Max were extremely responsive and made us feel right at home. Their place is beautifully quaint and comfortable. They had everything thoughtfully prepared for our arrival with local recommendations and directions on how to get around. We also appreciated the warmth of having flowering roses and orchids in the apartment, as much as the local pastries and the bottle of chilled champagne. The location is convenient to the Metro stations so we were able to easily visit there the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Musèe d’Orsay, and Musèe L’Armee. We also walked to the Panthèon and Notre Dame which took no time at all. With all the beauty of Paris we experienced during our stay, my favorite part was standing on their balcony and taking it all in. The view is spectacular ! You will love being there. Absolute 5 star stay. This place is worth every penny. The team is super responsive for any needs. After a long flight, they were super accommodating in getting us into the place early- a touch very much appreciated. I will miss this place, and will look back at the great memories made here in Paris.

This was a fabulous Airbnb. Fully 5 star!!! The host was so friendly- so easy to get a hold of. They were immediately responsive when we needed a few things like toilet paper and more shampoo / conditioner. The location was perfect and even though it was on a very busy street near the metro, the windows were fantastically insulated. So the noise was minimal. We could hear the neighbors. Their kids made quite a lot of noise, but it was doable. The street lights are really bright all night but they had blackout curtains on all the windows. it would be helpful if there was Velcro or some way to attach the blackout curtains to the wall to limit the light leak get on the side. A lot of light still came in that way. But honestly, it was definitely one of the best situations and Airbnb as we’ve stayed at. We are incredibly happy.!!

Thank you for a lovely stay. The apartment is in a great location for exploring the city with some great local restaurants just round the corner. Our hosts were always quick to answer any questions we had. The baggage storage was very useful and easy to use on both the check in day and check out day so we weren’t carrying heavy bags around. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. We used all three beds including a very comfy fold down bed in the living room, it was so nice to stay somewhere with comfy bed pillows and Aircon! I will be highly recommending this apartment and hope to stay again.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

Our family of 5 loved our stay! Mawei’s apartment is so fun and unique, and in a great location. We’ll definitely book again when we’re back in Paris!

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.
