Kid-friendly vacation rentals in 7th arrondissement

Christophe's hospitality exceeded my expectations. He was responsive, thoughtful and showed genuine care and attention to everything that he knew would make my stay pleasant. As a solo traveller, he made me feel like I was family without being intrusive. The accommodation was exactly as described, a self contained unit close enough not to feel too isolated and separated enough to maintain your own space. The neighbourhood felt safe and had everything (transit, restaurants, grocery store, laundromat) within a 5 minute walk. There is an added bonus, a quick 12 minute walk will take you by the Seine where you will be surrounded by locals walking, jogging and picniking. I highly recommend staying at Christophe if you are looking for an authentic and charming french experience.

We had a great stay at this lovely Airbnb. It’s comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the courtyard to enjoy our morning coffee and evening dinners. It’s located close to the Metro and we enjoyed our walks around the neighbourhood. We would absolutely stay again.

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

Ótima localização, anfitriã sempre respondia rapidamente, o espaço é exatamente como mostram as fotos. Agradeço o quiche deixado para nós no dia que chegamos, estava muito bom. Gostaria sugerir uma cortina naquela porta de vidro que fica no quarto, nos sentimos desconfortáveis com a falta de privacidade e com a claridade que entra , por isso improvisei um lençol para colocar.

If I could give you 10 stars I would! We absolutely LOVED your place. What can I say… the View wow oh wow, sooo Beautiful! The Eiffel Tower was right there, I laid in bed and watched the gold lights at night. Then at midnight they would turn white/silver and blinked and sparked.. Amazing!!! Everything was close by. It was really nice that you had a washer/dryer combo. We had been traveling in Scotland and England and we were able to do 2 loads before we travel to Germany and Switzerland. I would definitely like to stay here again sometime. Before making the decision between a hotel or Airbnb I read so many reviews and was a little nerves. We were pleasantly surprised. New everything, great taste in the decor was spot on! I think you understood the assignment 🌷So if your like I was and apprehensive about booking… do it! I know you will love it just as much as we did. Thank you Essaadiya oh by the way I did get my “Paris” haircut, it looks great thanks for the referrals.

Essa foi, sem dúvida, a melhor hospedagem da minha vida — e olha que já fiz muitas viagens internacionais! O apartamento é um verdadeiro achado em Paris. Desde os itens mais básicos até os detalhes mais inesperados: todos os tipos de tempero, azeite, facas excelentes, chaleira, máquina de suco de laranja, cooktop, máquina de risoto (!) e até sabão para a máquina de lavar louça, tem sabão em pó, amaciante e produtos de limpeza para manter tudo sempre cheiroso e organizado. Sabonete, hidratante, creminhos e até secador de cabelo. No quarto, uma cama super confortável, ventilador, iluminação acolhedora e uma vitrola com discos que nos fizeram sentir em casa. A decoração é linda e cheia de plantas, o que traz ainda mais aconchego. A escada é grande, sim, mas vale cada degrau. O cuidado do anfitrião com cada detalhe é impressionante — guarda-chuva, band-aid, absorvente, cotonete, alcool, tudo pensado com carinho. Me senti cuidada como se estivesse na casa da minha avó. It was a real pleasure to stay at Victor’s apartment while in Paris. The apartment is located in the heart of Saint Germain just off Boulevard Saint Germain in a very nice and well maintained building. Victor greeted me at the apartment when I checked in and was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment itself is very stylish, clean and quite spacious for Paris. I hope to be back here soon!

Superb location. Close to metro and RER stations. Left bank was easy to explore and only a 30 minute RER ride to Versailles so we could get to everything we wanted to see on this trip to Paris. And seeing the Eiffel Tower from every room was very special!!

We had a great stay at Dan’s place. It was the perfect location, close to restaurants and shops. It was very hot during our stay and although the listing says there is AC, it’s a standup unit which was a little challenging to use as it is not designed for the windows in the apartment. Otherwise we had an amazing time.

Hele fijne en grote ruimte, mooi ingericht en rustig door de binnenplaats. Heel prettige communicatie met Frédéric. En super dat hij veel tips voor restaurants en bezoenswaardigheden geeft. Tip: huur fietsen bij café Le Peloton (neem de telefoonhouder erbij en vraag om fietsverlichting).

We had a great stay at Alex’s place! The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible! Although we had a busy schedule while in Paris we made time to sit and enjoy both breakfast and wine on the balcony. Very close to the metro, local markets, and restaurants which was super convenient!

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Stayed here a couple nights when in Paris. Good location. 5-10min walk to the metro. 20min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Small apartment but a good location in a quiet neighborhood which was great for our stay.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

El departamento puede parecer pequeño pero realmente nos encantó este lugar. Tiene todo para una estadía comoda, el anfitrión penso en detalles para el huesped y eso hace que el lugar se destaque sobre el resto. Tiene un pequeño jardin con plantas y aroma a flores. Todo estaba muy limpio, lo que siempre es importante, y eso nos hizo sentir muy a gusto desde el primer momento. Además, tengo que destacar la amabilidad de Kris, siempre estuvo muy atento y disponible. La ubicación también estuvo genial, cerca de todo lo que quería ver, con buenos restaurantes y muy buen acceso al transporte. Sin duda, volvería a quedarme aquí y lo recomendaría a cualquiera que visite París. ¡Gracias por todo!

Marie was a great host, communicated well and gave excellent instructions in good time. The flat was perfect for a sightseeing base, good price and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend for others 🤩

The location is great with many great restaurants at door step and within walking distance. Great shops close by. Two metro lines close by. Great way to love around city! Love that condo is nice ,clean and bright. Great windows that allow in light. Entry thru courtyard is secured. Always felt safe going in and out. Hostess ‘s nice welcome gift of delightful local treat! And love that hostess has live flowering plants in window boxes. Really felt like home away from home. Great place that we would love to come back to!
