Smoking friendly vacation rentals in 7th arrondissement

Located in a peaceful, almost town-like residential area, yet incredibly convenient for getting into the heart of Paris. We booked this place exactly for that reason, and it didn’t disappoint. The little balcony is really nice.

Garry was very helpful—always replied quickly to messages and in a pleasant manner. He gave perfect instructions for entering the apartment. --- About the apartment The location is sensational—a 5-minute walk to the Tuileries Park and the Louvre. Close to several restaurants on the street behind, just a 2-minute walk. It’s on a busy street, which somehow gives a feeling of tranquility. --- The apartment was very clean and well organized. The bathroom is small, but big enough for the basics. Overall, the apartment is a great size for two people. --- The only issue is for anyone arriving with luggage. The elevator only goes up to the fourth floor, and the apartment is on the 5th. So checking in and out are the only slightly annoying moments because you have to carry your suitcases up the stairs. --- In summary, I highly recommend booking.

Unfortunately, due to illness, only two people instead of four - the two liked it very, very much. Beautiful apartment, Thomas and Quentin were very welcoming and we felt very much at home. We'd love to come back anytime.

Olivier’s apartment was perfect for us (1 adult and 13 year old). It’s in a great central location and we walked everywhere. The apartment is spacious with very comfortable beds and a fabulous terrace. Olivier was a kind host who communicated clearly and quickly. Thoroughly recommend staying at Olivier’s place.

The apartment was wonderful with a very cute view on the pantheon. Super close by walk to Notre Dame. The area near to the Pantheon beautiful and not as busy as other areas. More than perfect for a couple on holidays in Paris!! I will for sure come back.

The apartment provided a real Parisian experience. It was so full of character and lovely to be amongst everyday life in Paris. An 8 minute walk to Notre Dame and the train station. Recommended taxi service was reliable and friendly. Plenty of great places to eat. We tried snails and onion soup. We bought fruit and gifts from the local market a few minutes away. Beautiful complex of 2 houses quietly located at the end of a large private courtyard. Private parking is so cool! And right across the street from the RER metro, that's great! Super comfortable bedding, large private terrace, super clean and super welcoming and friendly team. That's really great, thank you!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this spacious home. Felt very safe and everything was within a 5 minute walk.

About 8 minutes walk from RER C station, the soundproofing of the room is not particularly good, you will hear the sound of the next door talking at night, the room is not bad

The apartment was as expected and perfectly meet our needs. The location was amazing near the town square with lots of cute shops and restaurants! Gérald was super responsive and accommodating as our original plans got messed up. Much appreciation to Gérald!

Great hosts, super helpful, very accommodating.. cozy apartment, safe. Neighbourhood full of restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store. Lovely balcony to enjoy your mornings and evening.. bus stop at your doorstep and Rer just a 6-7 minutes leisurely walk. Brilliant choice to stay in Paris, but not touristy at all. Once again, very kind hosts. We’ll come back again in a heartbeat.

Vincent's apartment is a dream. Entering the condominium with its park and its rose bushes and plants and birds that sing is a wonderful experience. The apartment is perfect and has all the amenities. The kitchen is great and you can cook quietly. The bathroom is very comfortable and the water is plentiful and hot. The bedroom is very nice and the bed is super comfortable. The neighbors are also very friendly. Vincent was extremely warm and friendly. Always offering to help us with whatever we needed. It's definitely a wonderful place to make your stay in Paris perfect. It is close to many shops of all kinds and close to Metro and bus lines. Thank you Vincent for your warmth. Staying at your house was wonderful.

For us the most important things were the nearby train station. We didn't feel unsafe walking home from the station to the apartment late at night. The nearby train can go directly to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment had a nice view just like in the photos of the listing. It had everything we needed. We don't smoke but it seemed like it was smoker friendly but it didn't smell like tobacco at all which was great.

The accommodation was as described, well-equipped, good location. Hosts Ibrahim and Angelique were very accommodating despite an unforeseen event on our part, I would recommend it 100%.
