Vacation rentals with a home theater in 12th arrondissement

I rent apartments very often. A host like Pascal is very rare. He heard all our little requests. The apartment was very clean. Pascal was quick to respond to our messages and provided feedback. This is also very rare. Wonderful accommodation and host!!!!

You really can't go wrong with this place. You're a 5 min walk to the Metro, that takes you pretty much anywhere you want to go. A 15-20 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Lots of bakeries and restaurants nearby. Virginie met us at check in and gave us a detailed breakdown of the apartment and where everything was, plus local recommendations. Just be careful if there are 2 adults sharing the space using both beds. If you're tall, you will likely bump your head if you're on the top bed, like I did several times. I would definitely stay here again.

This little place is in such a good location! Walkable to all transportation, so easy to get anywhere in the metropolitan area, and on a quiet street. Having a washing machine was a real advantage during our stay. It’s attractively decorated and very clean, although a bit tight on space in the bedroom and bath.

Lovely Stay in Estelle‘s Appartment. Went for a long Weekend and Work there and the Neighborhood in the 11. Arrondissement is just fantastic. Metro is also really easy to take! I - again - loved it here! 😊

Near to RER A and RER E station, great place and quiet area.

We could walk to many museums from the apartment. Decent restaurants in the area. The apartment was clean and spacious. Alix was very responsive to our inquiries and gave great advice. This was a great place to stay in comfort while visiting and exploring Paris!

First of all, Alejandro is a very pleasant host, communicative, friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The apartment is absolutely charming, an oasis of peace to gather forces to visit Paris. How amazing it is to wake up with the chirping of birds, facing a beautiful garden while being right down in the middle of the big city! Also the place is very well equipped and optimised, you have pretty much everything you need where you need it. Overall, the place has a “je ne sais quoi” which will make your stay in Paris a magical experience. As a plus, the apartment is located a stone's throw from the Tour Eiffel, in a very pleasant and safe neighborhood where you'll find all sorts of services, shops, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, you name it! We enjoyed enormously staying at Alejandro’s place and we are looking forward to staying again in his beautiful apartment. I could even say that this place would motivate me to travel to Paris more often!

You can be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I highly recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. The best AirBnb ever! More beautiful than in the pictures, great service (since U.S. car was so big, a parking space was kept free for us on the street), top modern, messages were immediately responded to and supported, charcoal was even provided for the grill! 5 min to the metro M11, 3 min to the Böcker or Auchan supermarket. If we go to Paris again with eight, then only in this house. Thanks for a great stay

Everything was very nice. We were as comfortable as our own home. It was very valuable to have a separate entrance and to be alone. We reached the city center in 40 minutes. There is almost no walking between transfers. It was very good in every way.

I'm glad I chose Olga's place for my trip to Paris. The design of the house is special and interesting, just like the pictures.At the same time, Olga is a very enthusiastic host who can provide a lot of practical advice for our trip and recommend a lot of niche ways to play. There's nothing missing from this charming pavilion. Spacious, tastefully appointed, it can accommodate a family. Located in a quiet area, rather close to the train station (5 min by car or 1/4h by bus), there is easily a parking space nearby. Thank you to Pierre, owner who is attentive and responsive to our requests. We recommend this rental.

Super clean place with everything you could ever need. Patrick was so nice and went above and beyond to give us all we needed. You can cook here, there was a hairdryer and even a curling iron, which is amazing when you're coming from the US with different plugs. Its a 15 min walk to the metro, but still way better than a far more expensive hotel that you cant cook at. Highly recommend it.

Mine was a last-minute booking, and I had informed Lien about my allergies, asking her to double-check the cleanliness if possible. She made sure to give the please "an extra scrub" the way I had asked her to. Her manner of communication was extremely proactive throughout, and she ensured that she was there in person to receive me and followed up regularly till I arrived. Her house is located in a secure building and is beautiful, calming, and impeccably well-kept with both bath & kitchen essentials, and all subscriptions on the TV. She even provides high-quality slippers that her guests can wear inside the house. The bathrooms are quite small and a little difficult to manoeuvre in terms of space, but that does not detract from the upkeep and comforts the house offers. It's more about how space is scarce in Paris. It's in a wonderful area, with easy connections, but also lovely to simply amble around. I would definitely stay here when I return to Paris and recommend it to everyone.

Very good stay in Michael's typical Parisian apartment. Located at the foot of Montmartre, 2 minutes from the metro and a Monoprix, it is very well equipped and the bedding is good. Thank you for the bottle of wine and all the little touches! We recommend it!

Isobel was always very helpful and available. The house is stunning and located in a beautiful area, with all services close by. I highly recommend it for both short and long stays. The interiors are tastefully decorated, with great attention to detail and style

We, my boyfriend and I, enjoyed our stay at Elies‘ place a lot. It’s more than a place to sleep — it was a way to belong in Paris, even if just for couple of days. We liked the interior a lot, felt very french and artsy. It looked like on the pictures. It was super clean. Some 6-7 minutes walk to the underground station Gambetta. We were also at the café downstairs several times during the day and in the evening and felt very local and enjoyed the nice vibes. Thank you for being part of this nice Paris experience.

We really enjoyed our stay in Johans apartment. It has a good Location in Belleville, conveniently located right next to the Couronnes Metro station. On the 7th Floor of a big Apartment Building, it offered great views of the City from the big balcony and from the inside through the floor the cealing Windows all around. The interior of the apartment was really tastefully decorated, with loads of Art, Books, records, and other cool and funny stuff to discover. Also really cozy. Overall, a great Place to stay and a Perfect experience for our Paris trip. And Johan was a really nice host, always responded quickly and gave some good recommendations for local Restaurants without Event being pushy. We‘ll definitely try to stay here again if we ever visit Paris again.
