Beautiful and carefully designed and equipped loft very close the the trendy Canal Saint Martin. Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, like Wifi, TV, big kitchen, comfortable bathroom, a lot of space to relax. Look at the pictures, they speak for themselves. The apartment is on the ground floor making it easy access, it still has great daylight all day due to it's many windows. Great for couples, families or groups of friends. Not good for events or parties.

Jean-Christophe and his wife were very kind people. They even gave us a gift on Labour's day, a bottle of wine and a flower. It was very lovely staying with them, everything was clean and working properly. The AC was very welcome, considering the weather outside. Would 100% recommend to go here, if you are looking for an affordable place to stay near the Eiffel Tower. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe, with a Metro station around the corner. Also very easy for a taxi to pick you up at the front door. Overall a great experience!

Fantastic - Linh was a great host, very responsive and gave great local recommendations. Nice interior, comfortable stay, great location! What a great find this place was! I don’t have enough good things to say.. the location was great, the place smells amazing, all of the thoughtful touches with the decorations and amenities, all of it was just perfect! It was also nice to be able to wash clothes on the trip. We would 100% stay again when we come back to Paris. We also enjoyed the restaurant recommendations, we only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more.
