Halfway between the iconic squares of République and Nation, our accommodation is a haven of peace, ideal for stays for families or groups of friends. It is far from the urban hustle and bustle and close to all amenities (bar, restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, metro...). Parking is available in the building for an additional fee.

Paris 12th apartment

We welcome you to this atypical 30 m2 apartment, located in our house but totally independent, close to Place de la Nation, Coulée Verte Renée Dumont, Zoo and Bois de Vincennes. On a typical Parisian street, very cute and very quiet (one-way, no cars parked), the apartment was completely refurbished in 2024. The location is ideal for being quiet in Paris while being close to the metro lines that lead to the most lively neighborhoods in Paris.
