Apartment vacation rentals in 12th arrondissement

We immediately felt at home at Lucile's place. It was a clean, lovely flat and offered a relaxed atmosphere. The central courtyard feels very Parisian! We loved exploring the local area (with some great recommendations from Lucile) and it also offered a great base for exploring more of Paris!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié loger chez Faustine et Ludovic pendant notre séjour à Paris! La localisation permet de se déplacer facilement à pieds dans différents quartiers et de prendre le métro facilement. Le logement, bien que petit, est joli, calme et bien agencé.

L’appartement d’Anna est paisible, lumineux, à proximité de plusieurs attraits touristiques de Paris et à deux pas de la rue du Faubourg St-Antoine où il y a commerces et restaurants. L’appartement est très propre et la communication avec Anna a toujours été rapide et efficace. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et nous recommandons vivement .

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt, die Wohnung ist schön und die Lage ist ruhig. Der Ausblick aus dem 6ten Stock ist auch toll! Für zwei Personen ist es etwas klein aber okay. Jade konnte uns bei allen Fragen behilflich sein, war stets erreichbar über die App und ist sehr freundlich und flexibel. Die Wohnung könnte nur etwas sauberer sein. Die Katze verliert zwar viele Haare aber ist auch sehr süß und ruhig und hat uns immer freudig empfangen:) Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt:)

Vi havde nogle utrolig gode dage i denne lejlighed, der var en dejlig vibe. Lejligheden var pæn og ren. Lucy var utrolig venlig og imødekommende, hun svarede lynhurtigt og meget hjælpsom til at guide og komme med tips. Vi kommer uden tvivl igen!

If you visit Paris and want to live peacefully yet be closer to everything then this apartment is the place to be. Tastefully done, super clean, vey good safety and so well equipped with everything! I love staying here and recommend everyone looking at the listing to book it! Close to metro, supermarket and lots of bars and cafés

Hele fijne en grote ruimte, mooi ingericht en rustig door de binnenplaats. Heel prettige communicatie met Frédéric. En super dat hij veel tips voor restaurants en bezoenswaardigheden geeft. Tip: huur fietsen bij café Le Peloton (neem de telefoonhouder erbij en vraag om fietsverlichting).

Maria and Thibaud’s home is an excellent choice for a few days in Paris. It's conveniently located, the apartment is beautiful, clean, and fully equipped. Maria's service and prompt response are excellent; she's always available and gave us great advice and tips. We'll definitely be happy to return. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Fred and Anab’s place. The apartment is bright, roomy and tastefully decorated and thanks to excellent double windows, it is also very quiet despite being located on Place de la Nation. The hosts did everything they could to make checking-in and out as easy and convenient as possible. There is a supermarket very close by, as well as several bakeries, pharmacies, wine stores, etc. And nothing beats the convenience of having the RER and several métro and bus laines at your doorstep. Altogether an excellent experience which we hope to repeat.

Olivier’s place was just as described! It was conveniently located and a peaceful spot to rest after long days. Olivier was helpful and responsive. The space was comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Sehr schöne, große, saubere und ruhige Wohnung in guter Lage. Metro- und Bus-Station, viele Bäckereien, typische Brasserien und ein großer Supermarkt in direkter Umgebung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder – merci beaucoup Sylvain et Lassana!

Fabrice’s place is very good in an amazing neighbourhood, it is located near two metro lines which helped us a lot to go to all the places directly, the place is very clean, cozy and suitable for a family of 4. the apartment is as shared. Fabrice is very responsive for any questions/inquires.

We had a wonderful stay at Stéphan and Diane’s modern apartment in Paris. It was perfect for our family of three with good coffee, bakeries and restaurants up the road, as well as being close to the metro to see all the sights. Stéphan and Diane kindly allowed an early check-in and a place to leave our bags following check-out on our last day. Thanks, too, for helping us with a tricky key situation (we locked ourselves out) on our final night! Five-star hosting.

Martin was a wonderful host. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and we LOVED the neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat.

Konum olarak oldukça avantajlıydı; birçok ulaşım noktasına yürüme mesafesinde. Yaklaşık 400 metre uzaklıkta market bulunuyor, çevresinde güzel restoranlar ve vakit geçirilebilecek yerler var. Ancak Eiffel’e mesafe biraz fazla, mutlaka metro gibi toplu taşıma kullanmak gerekiyor. Yatak çok rahattı, banyo temiz ve yeterliydi. Dolap alanı da gayet yeterliydi. Ancak salon kısmı konfor açısından yetersizdi; sadece iki kişinin oturabileceği iki kişilik bir koltuk vardı. Uzanarak dinlenmek ya da rahatça oturup bir şeyler izlemek pek mümkün değildi. En az bir tane daha tekli koltuk ya da oturma alanı kesinlikle eklenmeli. Daire giriş katta ve yol hizasında yer alıyor. Bu nedenle pencere açmak güvensiz hissettirdi ve içerisi dışarıdan çok net bir şekilde görünüyordu. Pencere önündeki kepenkler güvenlik gerekçesiyle sürekli kapalı tutulmak zorunda kaldı, bu da içeride aşırı kapalı bir ortamda vakit geçirmemize neden oldu. Bu durum, genel deneyimi olumsuz etkiledi.

The apartment is very nice and is ideal for two people. When we checked in, the apartment was clean and there were utensils for cooking. We didn't meet Stephen in person, but he gave clear instructions for checking in. Everything was top notch!

This was a fabulous Airbnb. Fully 5 star!!! The host was so friendly- so easy to get a hold of. They were immediately responsive when we needed a few things like toilet paper and more shampoo / conditioner. The location was perfect and even though it was on a very busy street near the metro, the windows were fantastically insulated. So the noise was minimal. We could hear the neighbors. Their kids made quite a lot of noise, but it was doable. The street lights are really bright all night but they had blackout curtains on all the windows. it would be helpful if there was Velcro or some way to attach the blackout curtains to the wall to limit the light leak get on the side. A lot of light still came in that way. But honestly, it was definitely one of the best situations and Airbnb as we’ve stayed at. We are incredibly happy.!!

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

Our family of 5 loved our stay! Mawei’s apartment is so fun and unique, and in a great location. We’ll definitely book again when we’re back in Paris!

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
