Charming 4-room apartment in the countryside with highway access (3 km away). Adelsried is located near Augsburg and is 20 minutes from Legoland in Günzburg and from the Augsburg trade fair or the Augsburg Puppet Theater. The surroundings invite you to go on excursions and bike tours, as Adelsried is located on the well-known bike path. A particularly great adventure playground is located in Hamel. The Titania spa (for bathing, wellness, sauna, etc.) in the region can also be reached in 10 minutes by car.

Villa Küsschen - quiet apartment and central

We offer an apartment for 2 people, which is located on the outskirts between Augsburg and Friedberg. A sofa bed is also available in the living room. The small town of Friedberg is romantically situated on a hill and is always worth a visit. The train station (Augsburg-Hochzoll) can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Augsburg, Munich or the Allgäu. Culturally, there is plenty to explore. House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

The accommodation has been newly furnished with a lot of love for detail and is ideal for business trips or for a vacation with friends/family. You can start the day comfortably with a cup of coffee in the garden. The cozy atmosphere invites you to relax and enjoy. The beautiful spacious apartment is centrally located in the Neusäß district within walking distance of all shopping and the train station. An underground parking space is provided free of charge.

The Reiserhof is idyllically located in the western forests nature park. Here you can relax and vacation with your family. The modern cozy apartment is located in the new building and is not visible from the street. The large floor-level wellness shower, washer-dryer, potty, high chair and travel crib make traveling with children easier. From the covered terrace you have a good view of the playground. There is a parking space near the entrance door.
