Mein 400jähriges Haus, auf dem Fundament eines Römer-Turms erbaut, war früher Teil eines Schlosses und ist voller Geschichte, Bücher, Kunst, Musik, Inspiration und Liebe. Loft am See

Sergej Rachmaninoff fand Inspiration und komponierte in Hertenstein. Loft am See, direkt am Vierwaltstättersee in Weggis (Ortsteil Hertenstein) mit grosser Veranda und direktem Seezugang. Einzigartige Natur und Ruhe erleben, mit Vogelgesang und dem Wellengeplätscher erwachen. Im Liegestuhl oder in der Hängematte die Seesicht geniessen, in der privaten Fass-Sauna tiefenentspannen, danach ein Sprung in die Weite des Sees. Das ist die Leichtigkeit des Seins. Lucerne near the city - 180 m² luxurious apartment in the countryside

On a slight slope and not far from the city of Lucerne, you can look out from the 2nd top apartment in the evening at the sea of lights below and during the day at Lucerne's local mountain Pilatus and Malters LU Zentrum. Located in the middle of Switzerland, you can enjoy both city and country, in a safe environment. With the Regional Express (RE) or the nearby expressway you are in approx. 12-15 minutes to Lucerne city center. ZH Airport is approximately 1 hour away, depending on traffic.

A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, just 200 m from the swimming area on the lake. With a beautiful view of the Schlosspark, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 am to 10 pm, except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in Baden-Württemberg (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open all year round from 6 am to 10 pm.

Waldlusti apartment with a large garden on the forest

The Waldlusti is a beautifully located apartment on the edge of the forest in the Singen district of Überlingen am Ried. The approx. 87 m² apartment with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom was completely renovated in 2022. The rooms are bright and modern and all have large windows overlooking the garden. With a wood-burning sauna*, heated hot tub*, grill, fireplace, hammock and covered terrace, it offers many opportunities for relaxation in any season. (*for a fee)

at the pulse of nature, quiet, with wonderful panorama

Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; in the countryside; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the middle of the hiking area. Large playground, panoramic terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is an independent 2-room apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.

The house proudly bears its age, but is very well maintained and stylishly furnished: Here you will find soul instead of sterile perfection. Patina and small traces of time are part of the charm. Thanks to the extensive renovation in 2021, you can still enjoy modern standards. Perfect spot for family gatherings or a getaway with friends.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Untergeschoss des Hauses. Neue Unterkunft in Mehrfamilienhaus, Baujahr 2018 mit privatem Eingang zum Untergeschoss. Ruhige, ländlicher Lage mit Bauernhöfen in der Nachbarschaft. The accommodation is situated in the basement of the house. New house built in 2018 with private access to the basement. The building is situated in a very calm area with farmers in the neighborhood. 5-10 min. walk to the grocery store.

La Dolce Vita chez Paul!

We provide you with our beautiful family apartment. In a stylish ambience, you can enjoy "Dolce vita" as a couple or with the whole family. Lakes, hiking and skiing areas; all within 45 minutes drive. Also the cities of Zurich, St. Gallen, Schaffhausen and more can be reached within an hour's drive. But maybe you just want to enjoy cozy hours in front of the fireplace, in the pool or in the sauna. We look forward to seeing respectful guests!

Spacious studio between airport and city

Our studio is located in the lower part of the house and is accessible via a separate entrance in the garage. The large built-in closet provides plenty of storage space. The kitchen is equipped with the latest technology (stovetop, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine). The bathroom with shower, sauna and cold bath completes the decor. The toilet is separate. The studio has a spacious garden with a small dining table and a cozy lounge.

With us you leave everyday life behind you. Relax and spend the night in our cozy Stübli with terrace, lounge and breakfast. A whirlpool and sauna are available exclusively for our guests. The costs are ONLY incurred when used per stay/night as follows: Whirlpool CHF 120.00 (2nd night CHF 60.00) Sauna CHF 100.00 (2nd night CHF 50.00) No time limit! On request, we also serve a fondue at 25.- CHF/person or cold plate
