Kinderreisebett und Hochstuhl vorhanden. Ein Highlight ist der Hotpot und die Sauna auf Anfrage. Hotpot 90.— (Einheizen dauert ca 6 Std.), Sauna 20.—Euro/ Stunde und muss bei Ankunft bezahlt werden. W-Lan, Radio, TV, Plattenspieler, Pizzaofen wird mit Gästen der Schiffsanlegestelle geteilt.

The house is in a romantic village that is in a valley. The location is central and the bus ,shopping centers are 5 minutes away. In 10 minutes is the lake where you can swim. Various hiking trails are also nearby and you are away from traffic and can enjoy the peace and countryside. In winter there is also a ski lift. In the village it is quiet , there are still different possibilities if you want to go to the exit. The nearest town is 20 minutes away by bus.

The chalet/wooden house with a large roof overhang, winter garden and balcony facing the pond provides 65m² in 3.5 rooms. The property with 1000 m² west slope is sun-drenched. To the south, there is a view of the Alps.
