I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful villa in Gerlodswil, Switzerland, and it was a truly unforgettable experience. The villa's location was fantastic, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, yet conveniently close to shops and restaurants. The accommodations provided the perfect balance of comfort and luxury, with a private swimming pool and a balcony offering stunning views, which became our favorite spots during the stay. What stood out the most was how everything was exactly as advertised, making it easy to enjoy both the tranquility of the area and the local amenities. Nadja, the host, was exceptional. She was incredibly kind, supportive, and always available to ensure that our stay was perfect. Her warm hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful retreat in Switzerland. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Perfect for a large group of 15 people + 6 children! An escape from the daily life of the city, especially when it's a hot weekend on the plateau. It's not the North Pole, but in terms of isolation from civilization, you could almost believe it. The view is beautiful, the amenities (fireplace for raclette, grill/fire pit - both working with wood fire available on site - Nordic style hot bath - which we did not need to heat given the heat of the moment - and without forgetting the large canvas that can be deployed by pressing a button offering shade on almost the entire terrace). The kitchen downstairs has all the amenities and enough space if the group is well organized and tidy (which was not our case!) You have to live with two cows, the farmers next door who work there during the day (but don't sleep there) and the fact that the parking lot is a 3-minute walk, at the edge of the forest. Would we go back? Yes.

Great property for entertaining, and only a 10 minute drive into historic old Baden. A nice neighborhood, and walking distance to multiple groceries.

We loved our stay here. The house was incredible, as pictured with enough room for our party of 8 including 5 adults, 1 teen, 1 toddler, and 1 baby. The ability to request a pack and play for infant and toys for my toddler was a game changer. The space was thoughtful and enough room for everyone to relax. The town is very quiet and sweet. You can easily walk to Migros and local restaurants. It was perfect for day trips to Thun, Lucerne, Bern, Zurich. It was the perfect landing spot for our group. Laundry is always a plus! Just a couple notes if you have kiddos and plan to do all public transportation, (not a big deal if you have a car but we didn't want to travel with car seats): the home is all tile throughout, not a lot of space to roll around if you have crawling babe etc. The house was absolutely walkable with a stroller from bus stations but don't follow google maps on the 345 bus stop, it'll take a shortcut up to the house that is all stairs. Take the 346 bus instead.

We felt comfortable from the first minute with a welcoming host and an apartment with a really well thought out level of equipment - everything you need without clutter. Its in a very quiet and green area while still being very well linked with public transport to Lenzburg and Aarau. The bus stop and train station are both walkable and there are two small supermarket in walking distance that have all the necessities and more.

We had a very relaxing 4-day vacation in Cloud 7 - and it was everything we hoped for. Perfect accommodation, welcoming hosts and a quiet and peaceful environment. 5 well-deserved stars for Daniel and Martin!

Looking for a quiet place to stay with a certain something, we ended up spending the turn of the year on the Lamahof. Not only our dog Hope was able to enjoy the few days, away from fireworks and fireworks. My husband and I were also able to switch off between wood-burning stoves, country house charm and many llamas and other farm animals. Thank you Karin and Family for the beautiful experience.

We had a very nice stay in Menzenschwand. The apartment was very clean and cozy and is perfect for a short stay. You can hike very nicely in the area!

We were in this beautiful wooden hut for the second time. The location is fantastic. Depending on the agricultural work in the area, it is very quiet or sometimes louder. Also highly recommended with two small children. There are many toys, cats and dogs that stop by for a visit, high chair, children's cutlery. The house was built and furnished with a lot of dedication. The covered patio is great. And you can't get enough of the view. We'll be back!

Best place to stay so far on our trip through Europe, absolutely magical! We stayed downstairs in the house, and although it was over thirty degrees hot when we were there, it was very cool and nice inside the house. Good kitchen, clean and nice, fresh bathroom with nice shower and very nice beds. Wirzweli was a small gem of a village in the Swiss Alps, and the winding roads up the mountain were good to drive even though the driver was hesitant before, there were plenty of meeting places.😊 Wirzweli is perfect for families with children, there is a great playground with a toboggan run and pony riding. That there were also at least three restaurants in the village surprised us positively! I would like to recommend Sam's accommodation to others and I hope I will be able to return sometime! There seemed to be nice hiking trails, so if we travel without children sometime, I would love to go there to hike. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful apartment with private garden under large trees. Gabriela is a friendly, accommodating host. Beautiful surroundings for cycling, swimming, hiking, etc.

Check-in was easy and everything was sparkling clean and tidy. The apartment is very cozy and conveniently furnished. There is a detailed description of the apartment with tips for the area. The walking paths and the old town of Zofingen are easily accessible. We'd love to come back if the opportunity arises.

The house was perfect. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Super close to a tram stop which made it easy to get into Zurich. Safe and quiet neighborhood. My mother in law ended up having emergency surgery while we were there - the hospital is a 3 minute walk from the house. Thomas and his family were so kind and helpful during a stressful situation. While the vacation did not go as planned, being in such a beautiful space made all the difference! We would love to come and stay at Thomas' home anytime!

We had a very nice time with Rita. My 6-year-old daughter was very warmly welcomed by Rita and taken directly to the yard. There you can drive a small tractor. There was also a small wooden farm and other small toys in the apartment. So for a vacation with children, it's just really nice. I highly recommend it.

We recommend the place. The apartment is located in a quiet area. It is the same as the Airbnb description. The condo is well equipped. Kitchen is amply equipped with dishes. The apartment consists of a large room that can be separated into two "rooms" with a curtain. There is also a bath. Klara and Paul are very nice, gave us tips for things to do and even provided the children with a pool noodle / swimming board. The garden incl. swimming pond is beautiful, so we used it several times.

We had a fantastic 4 days, luckily we found nice weather, but even if it had been bad, the sauna and pool would have been a nice diversion. The island is enchanting, quiet and characteristic. If we get a chance, we'll definitely come back.

We loved Casa Husenfels and thought Carmen was a very helpful and responsive host! The views are unbeatable and it was special to see fireworks across the lake for New Years Eve. I’d also recommend the walk up the hill, which we didn’t discover until our last day - serene and beautiful views.
