Mein 400jähriges Haus, auf dem Fundament eines Römer-Turms erbaut, war früher Teil eines Schlosses und ist voller Geschichte, Bücher, Kunst, Musik, Inspiration und Liebe. Willkommen im «The Artist's Castle», meinem Schloss Kunterbunt. Hier trifft Geschichte auf good vibes. Atme durch, sei du. Du willst kreieren? Atelier und Werkstatt warten auf dich. Mit Blick auf den Fluss in meiner historischen Oase im mittelalterlichen Eglisau.

Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; surrounded by greenery; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the heart of a hiking area. Large lawn, terrace with views (pergola), fire pit/grill. The house includes a privat 2-room apartment with a separate entrance, not for rent. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD vehicle is required in snowy conditions! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to my severe allergies.

Diese einzigartige Loft liegt 13 Autominuten vom Airport-ZH und 20min. von der Stadtgrenze Zürich entfernt. Die Gegend ist ländlich, mit Wäldern und einem Fluss direkt beim Haus. Die Loft ist 280m2 gross und komplett mit allem ausgerüstet. Es fehlt hier an nichts. Die Betten im oberen Stock sind von feinster Qualität und auch die Sanitären Anlagen. Der untere Stock ist 200m2 gross und beinhaltet ebenso eine Schlafmöglichkeit für 2 Personen. Wintergarten und Terrasse sind im 3. Stock.

The holiday maisonette "Alte Trotte" was refurnished 2019 in a listed timber-framed house from 1719. On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom. On the first floor, there is a cosy living room, and a charming bedroom on the second floor. Suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. The "Alte Trotte" is located between "Seestrasse" and Lake Zurich (guests can use private access to the lake). Close to the railway station. Parking is included.

This sunny 135 m2 apartment is close to the lake, village and train station. Direct trains to Zurich (25min) and airport. Large and bright living room. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with double beds (180x210, 140x200,160x200). Extras include an infrared sauna and an office workspace. Two bathrooms, both with shower and one with the bath. Treat yourself and your loved ones to a break in the unique and spacious private spa in Zurich. A wellness suite just for you on over 80 square meters with a hot tub, Finnish sauna, steam bath, open shower, tea kitchen with refrigerator, lounge, two cozy loungers and a cozy bed 160 x 200 cm. All in the same room. The entrance area can also be used as a terrace at the same time and has a small table and two chairs, here you can smoke comfortably.

Spacious studio between airport and city

Our studio is located in the lower part of the house and is accessible via a separate entrance in the garage. The large built-in closet provides plenty of storage space. The kitchen is equipped with the latest technology (stovetop, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine). The bathroom with shower, sauna and cold bath completes the decor. The toilet is separate. The studio has a spacious garden with a small dining table and a cozy lounge.

Nearest restaurant is 10 min away (walk). Nearest bus station is 5 min walk. 6min drive to the lake. Ski, hiking possibilities (flumserberg or braunwald) are around 1 hour away by car.
