The place is completely renovated and the furnishings are new. Excellent cleanliness. I confirm the description, with two large rooms, one double and one double, the bathroom with shower and a kitchen living room with a plentiful sofa/bed. Paola was very courteous and helpful. Absolutely recommended.

It's not my first time staying in this apartment. Quiet and peaceful area, easy parking on the street at all times. Well organized apartment in spaces and comforts. The Host, always available and very kind. For me a fixed point every time I go to the area.

Giovanni is a great host, as a person who has worked in contact with the public, I can only say that the service is fundamental and Giovanni was up to expectations. The location is perfect: not right in the center so as to avoid any confusion but within walking distance of the main attractions. Very well, I would recommend it to others too.
