The delightful Sassolo B&B, situated in the comfortable atmosphere of the quite Monte San Pietro hill, offer relax in the countryside, 20 minutes from the center of Bologna, where you can relax and enjoy food, wine, and cultural tours. A few miles away you will find 2 golf courses, CAI trekking or mountain bike paths, or relax on loungers in the garden. The B&B called Casa Sassolo 1713 is a beautifully restored 4 fronted family home located on the top of a hill with forests, with a large garden and surrounded by black locusts, walnut and elm trees where it is not difficult to see deers and wildlife. It can accommodate up to 5 people. At your disposal there is a large open plan loft with sleeping area, living area, private bathroom, satellite TV and wi-fi.

Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

There are two bedrooms upstairs with a sofabed also available. Here you can relax; barbecue or take a walk down to the river for a cool dip. Or you can explore the beautiful countryside, go mountain biking or simply relax after a day out. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)

The Suite is inside a historic mill and is composed by three privated spaces: the main room with the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car. On our guidebook we listed the best traditional restaurants where dinner, several venues where taking a great breakfast and wonderful places to visit near us.

Da tutte le stanze bellissima vista sulla vallata. Arredato recentemente con ottime finiture. Il Mulino del Re è una location unica ed incantevole, un'oasi di pace e tranquillità a due passi da Fanano (5 minuti di macchina), nella splendida cornice degli appennini Modenesi. La casetta si trova ad un'ora e mezza da Bologna e da 1 ora da Modena ed è perfetta per una fuga romantica o per una vacanza in famiglia.
