Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Plenty of room on the first floor to congregate. Big Deck off eat-in Kitchen area with Hot Tub and grill plus outdoor seating. Upstairs there’s a Master Bedroom and 3 guest bedrooms. 1 Guest bedroom has 2 beds in it. Downstairs there’s a Sofa bed in sep LV rm & large Sectional by the gas fireplace & big TV. Take a walk on the Monon that takes you to downtown Carmel/Westfield! Clay Terrace Shopping Center is also within walking distance.

I like to brag that this is the cutest studio apartment in the city. It's in a brick Arts & Crafts apartment building built in 1915 and retains a lot of its original architectural features. It's furnished with an eclectic mix of antiques & modern pieces, decorated with original & vintage artwork, & stocked with vintage dishes and silverware. If you like drinking from a Ball jar, this is the place for you! It's furnished for comfort and privacy. It's high ceiling and windows give it character.

Historic 8 acre Property- Private Guest House

The guest house is a converted 100-year-old barn on a historic property in the heart of Carmel, Indiana. Sitting on 8-acres of land, you can enjoy the big open space of farm living while still being only a few minute drive to downtown Carmel. Start the day with a cup of coffee while watching deer roam the property. Then take a short ten-minute walk to explore the many shops, bars, and restaurants located nearby. Our desire is that our guests feel at home and relaxed during their stay.

This means toilet, sink & 42" shower (no tub).Entire house can sleep 1-3. Price is for 2 guests. Add’l fees for add’l guests & pets (no pit bulls) The upstairs has a king bed & down stairs a twin futon. This area is heavily wooded so the occasional critter can be seen & there will be spiders from time to time (part of wooded living).
