Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Zeta trece

The location is superb! Very close to all the cafes, restaurants, landmarks/excursions. The apartment is clean, the A/C is good & the host is very responsive should you need anything.

Everything was WONDERFUL at Jan’s Finca Aquarius. The place, the apartment, the surroundings, the animals, the food and Jan himself ! This place & the experience are breathtaking. We will never forget it. We didn’t have any words to describe it! Thank you 🤎

We had an amazing stay here! The location was easy to find and not too far from the airport. There were definitely lots of local stores and restaurants to visit near by. We recommend Resturante Ross! The views especially early morning were amazing overall we have no complaints. Our favorite part was visiting the farm animals! Oscar was so nice and welcoming.

Carlos’ house was, without exaggeration, the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. If you’re headed to LaFortuna, this is where you should stay. The house was immaculately clean, the location is very private, the pool was awesome, and you can’t beat waking up to the views of Arenal volcano. A short drive to all the restaurants, shops, and grocery stores downtown. Very close to all the tours and hot springs we booked. Do yourself a favor and book this house.

There aren’t words for how magical Olingo is. The previous reviews regarding birding are accurate. The montezuma nests are really cool. The trails lead straight into the actual forest where there is one particularly large ficus. Everything in the home itself seems practically new. W/D work very well and you have every other amenity you could need, including local, eco-friendly toiletries. The beds were very comfortable and linens pristine white. In the evenings, rooms were comfortable with only the ceiling fan, but standing fans are provided as well. Evening temperatures were in the low 60s or below. Road is rough, but wouldn’t require 4WD. We honestly can’t wait to get back again and bring family to stay in the other units.

A la fois au calme dans un quartier résidentiel au cœur de la nature et à à peine 10 minutes à pieds du centre, vous avez une agréable petite maison, au cœur d'un jardin magnifique où viennent se croiser beaucoup d'espèces de merveilleux oiseaux, et avec en toile de fond le volcan Arenal. Vraiment une oasis de nature, ma famille et moi avons adoré ce lieu. L'accueil et la disponibilité de Yorlenny et Stefano font qu'on se sent entouré juste ce qu'il faut. Merci pour ce séjour magnifique !

We absolutely fell in LOVE with the charming town of Monteverde and Jarvey and Flors place was the perfect location to rest our tired bodies!!!!! We loved the adventurous road leading to the house and the quiet peace and tranquility that awaited us! We arrived to find a basket of goodies including fresh pineapple and banana, chips, cold water, fresh local bread, cheese, and jam, and champagne! Jarvey was so kind and responsive and checked in on us personally a couple of times! We exchanged a lovely hug upon departure and I'll be forever grateful for their kindness and hospitality! The house itself is immaculate and cozy and the hot tub and patio couldn't be any more peaceful and beautiful! The views were amazing and the birds and flowers and bumblebees were the perfect addition to the serenity. The wifi may be a bit spotty, but we actually enjoyed that part! We cozied up in fluffy blankets on the couch and totally enjoyed our stay! Thanks again Jarvey and Flor!!!!!

Truly a home away from home with hospitality that is unmatched. We were astounded by the this beautiful Airbnb , immaculate and well stocked including a full washer and dryer which was a godsend. It is evident that Josh and Yer pour in their hearts to make their place an oasis of comfort and kindness. They gave the clearest instructions to access the home with helpful photos. They left us snacks, sodas, and coffee and that was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. We felt so welcomed. I wish all Airbnb hosts had their proactive care! They set the bar high! Aqua Vida is simply amazing. Words cannot describe how you’ll feel when you see everything you get with this property. It’s off the main road in La Fortuna but it’s very safe and peaceful. You get all the privacy you want while being 5 minutes away from everything in town. A huge natural spring pool, a covered area where you can cook, have your meals or just hangout, a huge yard to play in, a stream going through the property with beautiful trees and absolutely stunning landscaping. All this and you’re still not even in the house. Book this place. You’ll be happy you did.

Where can I start....This is my first time to La Fortuna and we had a great vacation with the help of Gregory. Gregory's is a great host and his property is one of a kind which suits well for La Fortuna environment with lot of nature to enjoy inside his property. He helped in almost everything including recommending a nice Chef Gabriel.

Found our stay at the apartment comfortable and enjoyable. The place was spotlessly clean. The bedrooms were spacious and the mattresses comfortable as were the sofas in the living space. It was an ideal location for our base for the week, close to town and restaurants, but also perfect as a sanctuary from some spectacular rain and thunderstorms that would roll in. We never really used the kitchen for cooking but it had all the amenities. The shower had good water pressure and hot water if needed. Our hosts were very friendly and responsive to any questions. If we needed it, fresh towels and sheets were available as was a tidy and clean of the garbage and bathroom from the helpful lady who worked there. We stayed for just over a week and would happily return and recommend to others.

Greg was an awesome, super responsive and friendly host, always willing to help out with activity and restaurant recommendations. Greg also has a full time on-site property manager, who is able to address any issues which may arise. The unit is brand new, with modern amenities and furnishings. The property has a beautiful pool and hot tub and there is a nature area with a walking trail and a gazebo in the back. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in La Fortuna.

Chambre avec un balcon donnant une vue sur les montagnes et la péninsule de Nivoya au loin, à couper le souffle! Le balcon et la chambre sont spacieux et bien entretenus! les lits sont confortables! La salle commune, bien équipée est accueillante et une atmosphère harmonieuse et spirituelle est présente! Piscine et bain chaud hauts de gamme et bien entretenus! À monteverde, le bain chaud à servi, contre tout attente un soir à 15degré Celcius!

The place was very private and safe, all accommodations as described. Very close to the city center. If I had to nitpick, the mattress was extremely hard as well as the pillows. Everything else was amazing, Cristian is very responsive and proactive.
