Independent apartment in villa

1 km from the Rioveggio highway exit, the apartment is located inside the villa where I live with my family. Guest access is independent, from the large terrace, without stairs. You can park your car in the shared square, where there are 2 harmless dogs. Rooms and bathroom are for the exclusive use of guests. There is no full kitchen, but you will have a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker (coffee included), kettle and necessary dishes.

Cá Pradella is a 18th century stone house surrounded by green fields and forests. We will be happy to host you in a 60 sqm studio apartment, equipped with bathroom, kitchen and Wi-Fi, with a separate entrance and full access to the large garden of the house. Bologna is 30' by car, 50' by bus and the Villaggio della Salute Più thermal baths are only 15' away. Breakfast is included in the price and all the products we use are organic.

Anconella is on the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines at an altitude of 500 m. The area is quiet, surrounded by fields and woods where you can take walks and enjoy nature, but if you want to reach Bologna, in 30 minutes by car you have arrived. Below the apartment there is an trattoria where you can taste typical local dishes that in addition to the à la carte menu, for lunch it offers a tourist menu, all at very affordable prices.
