We had a nice, comfortable and pleasant stay at Maria's. The apartment is very clean, furnished with everything you need (even the kitchen - with oil, salt, coffee, tea etc., we enjoyed it so much). The bed is very comfortable, the heating works very well, even the hot water in the shower. The courtyard is also very nice, but we used it because of the temperature outside (March). The apartment is within walking distance of every point in the city, including the station. In short, we liked everything, thanks to Maria!

We stayed 3 nights and everything was amazing. Edoardo met us, instructions were clear, location is amazing, clean, modern, comfortable. Quick WiFi, all necessary amenities. Just is very friendly, always responded quickly. House has everything you need for stay. Perfect place for starting with family and kids who like nature. Location is close to Bologna, Modena, and all surrounding cities. We hope to stay again some time. Kids liked it very much. Very recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Dozza! The house was incredibly clean, cozy, and comfortable — everything was exactly as described and even better. What made the experience truly special was Maria. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, from start to finish. Her kindness, warmth, and willingness to help at any moment made me feel completely at home. I’ll definitely be coming back and can only recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. My son and I were guests at this house for the WEC in Imola. Unfortunately, Angela was unable to welcome us in person, but she told us how to receive the keys. The communication was really very detailed, as well as tips on where to park and where the house was located. The house is small, but with all the amenities and we were also left some small welcome snacks and some things for a small breakfast. Very clean bathroom, as well as all areas. Quiet area within walking distance of downtown Imola, which was essential for us. Angela was a really, really valuable host and I hope to be able to go back again.
