Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einer geteilten Sauna + Innen- & Außenwhirpool für die 3 Appartements. Alles ist sehr modern eingerichtet und die Appartements sind sehr geräumig. Wir hatten einen tollen Skiurlaub mit einem kleinen Skigebiet direkt in Hochfilzen und dem großen Skigebiet Saalbach erreichbar von den umliegenden Orten. Eine Bushaltestelle für den Skibus ist quasi direkt vor der Tür. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal!

excellent accommodation not far from where you need to be. a bus stop 50 m away and another one 150 meters away with a frequent service. Sabrina was always very happy to help an extremely responsive.

This apartment is really wonderful - it is really spacious, very well furnished with a lot of well thought out features. It is very light and airy. It is in a quiet, rural location with fabulous views and walks that leave from outside the house. There is ample covered parking on site, which feels very secure. The apartment is only a short drive (or walk, bike ride) from Scheffau (c 2-3km) and there are more facilities (eg shops, restaurants, swimming pool) close by in Ellmau (a further 5 km). We had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend staying here.

Prachtig appartement in een prachtige omgeving.

Sehr schönes Appartement / Chalet an bester Lage in Kitzbühel. Rund fünf Fussminuten von der Hahnenkammbahn und rund zehn Fussminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, zweckmässig ausgestattet und alles notwendige vorhanden. Das Auto kann in der Garage parkiert werden. Der Zutritt ist durch Schlüsselbox sichergestellt und flexibel. Der Vermieter war sehr gut erreichbar und hat sofort geantwortet. Weitere Informationen mit Tipp‘s für Restaurants usw. wurden vor der Anreise mitgeteilt. Wir können diese Unterkunft vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen.

Es war alles perfekt - ein neues, tolles Haus mit super ausgestatteter Wohnung und stylischem Interior im Stile der Region + super Gastgeber, welche an alles denken, proaktiv kommunizieren und super schnell auf Fragen reagieren. Volle Empfehlung!

der Aufenthalt war super. Sehr schöne Innenausstattung mit einer schönen Terrasse. Ein Osterlamm hat auf uns als Willkommensgeschenk gewartet, war eine sehr liebe Geste.

Wir haben zu 4. hier genächtigt und waren sprachlos als wir ankamen. Die Bilder sind toll, aber können nicht einfangen, mit wie viel Liebe dieses Haus bzw. diese Wohnung eingerichtet und mit Holz dekoriert ist! Ganz ganz toll, vielen Dank! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Pobyt jsme si velmi užili. Hostitelé jsou velice příjemní a ochotní. Dům je umístěn ve svahu a z balkonu a terasy jsou nádherné výhledy do údolí. Hostitelé mají přistaven dům z druhé strany nemovitosti a host se s nimi potkává ve venkovním prostoru. Nicméně je to velmi milý manželský pár, takže to byla příjemná setkání. Určitě se rádi vrátíme.

The place is easy to find. Eva gave clear instructions and check in was smooth and easy. Dedicated parking lot for this unit. The accommodation was spacious and very clean. Bathroom is clean as well. Kitchen is filled with sufficient utensils, along with working oven and dishwasher. My family love the place alot and wish we could stay longer. Eva was also very responsive and she tried her best to address our needs. Very much appreciated.

Hermanns place was cozy with lots of natural light and character. Great fenced in backyard, perfect for our dog. Very easily accessible to multiple skiing areas and extremely accessible from the Autobahn. Many options for grocery shopping and eating nearby. Hermann was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely visit again!

Thank you, Nina! This was one of the best stays, we immediately felt like home. The apartment was super clean and modern. It was light and kitchen had anything, along with Nespresso machine. The building was super tradicional from outside, but really modern on the inside, with a lot of cute touches. You could feel Nina hosts with heart :-). She was super helpful and kind, we had a really good feeling after meeting her. We would love to come back anytime. Such a nice stay, that it made our winter holiday in Kaprun ever better!

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

De ruimte was zoals te zien op de foto’s. Genoeg voorzieningen voor een weekje skiën. Prachtig balkon met mooi uitzicht op de bergen. De parkeerplaats was zeker ook een pluspunt voor de auto waarmee we telkens naar de skistations reden in de ochtend.

Die Unterkunft von Alma hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, sogar mit Skiraum. Wir wurden auch sehr freundlich empfangen und haben eine kurze Roomtour bekommen. Neben der Wohnung ist direkt ein Supermarkt was sehr praktisch war. Zum Skibus muss man ein Weilchen laufen, aber ist machbar. Etwas schade ist, dass man für die Sauna extra vor Ort zahlen muss (2 Euro pro 20 Min). Bei der Buchung muss man ein bisschen aufpassen, weil einem die Wohnung in Kirchberg angezeigt wird, sie aber dann in Brixen ist. Bei der Stornierung werden auch keine Ausnahmen gemacht. Die Wohnung an sich war aber top.

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich traumhaft. Die Gastgeber waren wirklich sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten etwas Bammel mit unserem Auto durch den Schnee zu kommen, und wurden freundlicherweise zum Ski Lift gefahren und abgeholt das war wirklich sehr nett. Wir würden auf jeden Fall empfehlen bei Schnee Schneeketten anzubringen oder die 250m vor dem verschneiten Weg zu parken und den Rest zu laufen das geht auch problemlos (wenn man kein geübter Schneefahrer ist so wie wir). Die Unterkunft selbst war bezaubernd und wirklich sehr privat, ideal für Pärchen, die etwas Ruhe suchen. Die private Sauna und der Whirlpool waren das absolute Highlight aber auch der Aufbau und das Design des Chalets hat uns sehr zugesagt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

It was our second time in the apartment and we didn’t regret the choice. The apartment is very well located, close to public transport but peaceful and private at the same time. We love the large balcony with great view! Martina is a very kind and thoughtful host. Would definitely come back again!

Meget lækker bolig der havde alt hvad man kunne ønske sig. Rummeligt, funktionelt, hyggeligt, pænt og rent. Vi brugte boligen som bolig til skiferie, men tror også det kunne være en dejlig bolig til om sommeren. Kan varmt anbefales!

Die Wohnung von Sönke und Tillmann hat sich sofort wie ein Zuhause angefühlt. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, blitzsauber und liegt in einer angenehm ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Wir hatten jederzeit unsere Privatsphäre und konnten unseren Aufenthalt völlig entspannt genießen. Dank des stündlich fahrenden Skibusses waren wir schnell und unkompliziert im Hochkönig-Skigebiet. Auch der Supermarkt war bequem zu Fuß erreichbar – insgesamt eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Sehr zu empfehlen!

We had a lovely time staying in the apartment. It has underground parking, which was really useful. We went to Sankt Johann, Seineplatte and Kitzbuhel ski resorts during our stay which are all very easy to get to from the apartment. Jennifer was also very responsive during our stay, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely beautiful flat in a very special location. Quick easy drive to gondola for access to slopes. The kitchen was very well stocked for meal prep. Very well appointed and luxurious.
