The apartment is spacious and the kitchen cozy. You can look at the mountains, which is very nice. The garden is also large, but we have not used it. The beds are comfortable. The shower was not that big but it was fine for us.

Florian’s place was wonderful and met our expectations! He greeted me upon arrival and showed me how the shower worked so there wouldn’t be any confusion (for hot water just turn it towards the cold icon, it’s just backwards but easy to figure out)! He provided us with a crib for our nine month old and the YouTube video of how to find his place made it super easy. He even told us we could check out a little later if we wanted (we had things we wanted to do or else we would have stayed a bit longer)! We stayed for one night while traveling through Austria; I made Spaghetti and we enjoyed dinner and wine on the balcony with a view of the mountains. I would recommend his place to anyone!

Alexa and Anna’s family owned place is a gift to anyone who stays here. I can’t recommend it highly enough. They have created a beautiful and nurturing environment and have thought of everything you might need from a beautiful display of bulk herb teas and coffee to a swimming pool surrounded by gorgeous flowers, a terrace for enjoying the view, a spa with many things that you can use for no additional cost like an infrared room and massage chairs. The rooms are comfortable and ours had a lovely view. You can walk to town from there and also to various hikes. There are bikes free to use and a playground for kids. Even though they can accommodate 70 people , you really feel the personal touch and connection with the members of the family who own and run it. The bedroom what spacious, quiet, had A well stocked kitchen with nice dishes and glasses. Unlike some places there were plenty of spaces to hang things up including for wet clothing. It was 10 out of 10 on the cleanliness scale.

We felt completely comfortable and felt very welcome. The contact and communication with the hostess, even in advance, went quickly, directly and smoothly. She was always responsive, helpful and responded to our needs and met extra requests like a late check out. A beautiful, bright, spacious and fully equipped apartment with sauna in the house. It was also great that the Zell am See - Kaprun Sommercard was included. We can fully recommend the apartment and thank you again for the great stay.

Very helpful host. Location was good, and amenities were great. Easy check in / out. We had access to swimming pools and saunas, which was great after a days activities in the mountains. You can reach the ski lift with in 10 minutes walk. Kitchen had everything what we needed for the duration of our stay. Will recommend this place to my friends and probably will be using Xenia’s place again if I’ll be in the area.

Very well located apartment, very close to the ski school and chairlift. Possibility to book breakfast and dinner in the attached "hotel" is a great opportunity. The breakfast is highly recommended. Also, the apartment is cleaned daily for this reason. Great plus! We were very satisfied, also with the communication of the hostess

We had a wonderful vacation in the mountains with Roswitha and her family. A nice apartment in a very quiet location with a stunning view from the balcony. That's exactly how we imagine our vacation. For the children there are many play opportunities, rabbits and a very well-kept pool. We also very much enjoyed the breakfast service (large selection of fresh rolls, sausage and cheese). There are many great family excursion destinations, restaurants and a supermarket nearby that is open 7 days a week. We will definitely be coming back!

Cozy bungalow on a private plot of land. Much better than an apartment in a large complex on the 2nd floor. This is freedom, nicely enclosed balcony and the car in front of the door Bungalow is Austrian furnished , everything school, all amenities available. Dishwasher, cooking unit, kettle, oven etc Bathroom good. Spacious, rain shower , heating , towels etc. Perfectly just. We had the dog with us. Also everything arranged for that, dog bed, bowls, tasty things on arrival , drying cloth. There is also a playground for the dog with obstacles , tunnel and so on Walking with the dog is also wonderful . A short walk (15 minutes) through meadows and a forest (so not along a busy road) and you are at the lake. There the dog can swim and poodle. The restaurants can also be found there. What's also great is the sandwich service. Fresh bread every morning that you can order day in advance. Had a great vacation, recommended for everyone

Wonderful stay in Gosau! Gorgeous surroundings and very accurate description of the room. Truly clean and spotless and all the amenities one could need!

Good place with a very good location. Short ways to the gondolas. Ski bus stop is just around the corner. Supermarket right nearby. Good communication with Bella.

We were guests at Anita's one night! The studio is small but the space is maximum well used! You can stay here longer too! We felt very comfortable, the hostess made you feel good! We will be happy to come back!

Excellent location immediately close to the OBB train station. Remarkable and modern interior. Excellent bedding. Perfect hospitality from the hotel staff. Sufficient parking space and garage. Very good restaurant with delicious dishes. We would highly recommend it.
