The neolithic region of Salzkammergut offers a wealth of opportunities for families such as winter sports, cycling trails winding over clear lakes and of course great cuisine. Many destinations can be reached by public transport with their guest card free of charge. Bus stop in the immediate vicinity. Just 2 km away is Lake Thumsee, one of the most beautiful bathing lakes in the Berchtesgadener Land.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Unsere Sauna ist für alle Gäste von Oktober bis März geöffnet. Unsere Lage ist einfach mega! Zu Fuß zum See, zu vielen Restaurants, zum Bäcker, Friseur und zum Tante Emma Laden. Viele Wanderwege beginnen direkt vor unserer Tür! Der Ski Bus fährt 200m von uns entfernt zu allen 🚠. Wir freuen uns auf Dich! Deine Dopplers!

Cozy bright apartment in the middle of the village

The approximately 90 square meter apartment is on the second floor of a 2-family house with a separate entrance. There is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a separate room with a slightly smaller double bed (160 × 200 cm). There is also a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine in the apartment. We are always happy to welcome new guests. Bikers are also very welcome here!

The apartment is located in the city center - by foot to restaurants, bars, shops, city gondola for skiing and hiking. Unfortunately, there is no fixed parking space at the house - a parking space in the public garage can be rented for €15/24 hours, as of: April 2025. A bus stop for driving to the city center or Berchtesgaden train station is also nearby.
