De villa beschikt over een ruime tuin met diverse terrassen , een grote veranda en is geschikt voor 12 personen (kinderbed niet meegerekend). In de beschutte tuin is onder andere een hottub, trampoline en BBQ aanwezig. U kunt op het park vrij gebruik maken van de tennisbanen en het openbare zwembad die op slechts 150meter afstand liggen.
