The house was very beautiful and bigger than shown in the photos. In addition, it was stylishly furnished, cozy and the complex is beautifully landscaped. The contact with Marijn was super fast and straightforward from the booking to the day of departure. You always have to sit in the car to discover something, but the cities of Doesburg and in particular Zutphen give numerous shops, restaurants and beautiful alleys. It is an absolute recommendation overall.

The house is very well located, you can quickly walk everywhere. The location is really perfect, parking right by the house, nice terrace, small sunbathing area. For 6 "tall" people it is a bit small. One of the rooms is quite narrow, ideal for smaller children, a little too cramped from the teenager. There were four of us, including our 2 (rather large) dogs and we felt comfortable. Very good for us in terms of size. Petra is an incredibly nice, caring host. She always strives to make the stay as beautiful as possible for her guests. We will be happy to come back.

We had 4 wonderful days in the house. Very nicely furnished and cozy, everything you need is available. Very clean, we just felt comfortable. Super nice, friendly and smooth communication with the hosts.

We had spent the most beautiful 3 days with our friends in Holland. The neighbors were very nice. We felt at home. We will definitely be back. In the pictures, the rooms looked large, but this was not the case, but we didn't mind.

We found the place very nice and clean, and it is equipped with everything that is useful for everyday life. The location on the water invites you to relax. We also found the short walk to the well-kept beach to be one of the most beautiful things. Communication with Esmeralda and Frank worked smoothly. We'd love to come back to the cute little house.

A true airbnb: a real family house with story, some scars and lots of soul. The hosts make everything for you to feel at home and at ease. You will find all you need in the house - fully equipped kitchen, big tables for family meals, kids paradise with trampoline, lots of toys and treashures in the garden shed. Cozy garden and reading corners for relaxing. Big public parking in front, grocery shop just accross, coffee place on the corner, beach and park within 3 min walk... Everything was easy and the area was safe and quiet. Interesting places to visit around, only our agenda was full this time. Maybe next year.

We had a lovely stay at the end of winter. The cabin and its location are particularly charming and exotic. Thanks to the heating, we were not cold. However, the size of the water heater does not allow you to take two hot showers in the same day, even short. We still recommend this listing

Very unique and memorable experience. We had a lovely time with our two children and little dog, found everything we needed. Restaurants, shops, and nice walking routes were all within short distance by foot. There was even a swimming beach for dogs! 😊

Like last year, highly recommended. Very nice house with cozy furnishings and beautiful Europarcs, quiet with great beach and harbor. Indoor swimming pool and arcade ensure sufficient employment of the children. Only disturbing is it quite severe through traffic, which clearly restricts the playing on the road.

Markus is a great host and has taken excellent care of all concerns or questions and answered them super quickly. The location of the house in the park is great, everything is within walking distance and parking outside the door is also no problem. All in all, we were very satisfied with everything!

The landlord couple were incredibly friendly, always smiling and responding promptly. Even though we arrived very late, they waited for us. There’s a lovely dog and chickens in the yard too! Note that this is a houseboat, so don’t expect the same facilities as a regular house. However, the serene and beautiful surroundings offered a unique experience that ordinary accommodations can’t match. The child didn’t want to leave, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was a super nice stay. The furnishings of the villa are very tasteful and very very nice. The view is priceless. We felt very comfortable.

Beautiful Europarcs environment, quiet and close to Hoge Veluwe. Very spacious accommodation with lots of light and beautiful volumes. Very complete equipment, nothing is missing. Easy and responsive heating. Parking in front of the property. Small concern about receiving the keys because we thought we'd arrive quite late. Finally on Friday the reception is open until 7 p.m. and we arrived just in time. Otherwise, the keys are left at the restaurant which closes at 8 p.m.! Thanks to Daniel for his very responsive communication and for reassuring our concerns. We are delighted with our stay and would highly recommend this listing.

The place looks exactly like the pictures. Located with a direct view of a side bay a little off the public beach, which leads to a very quiet environment. All the unidirectional features work perfectly, but you have to go on a little discovery for vacuum cleaners and fans 😉 All in all a really great stay in a very very nice place.

Overall, we had a very nice getaway. The place is super nice. We and our daughter especially enjoyed the beach with playground and large bounce pillow.

Really a top spot! Wonderfully close to the lake and the beach so you don't have to bring all the stuff for a beach day. From the terrace of the cottage, you can keep an eye on the children so that you can lie there in the sun (or shade) in a lovely sun lounger or lounge sofa. Cottage is nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need. At the park (at least in the summer holidays when we were there) fun activities are organized for children.

The accommodation at Ramona was pleasant and there were no problems. Our workers were satisfied because everything could be agreed with the owner without any problems. Which means that communication was simple, fast and normal. We would definitely return to this accommodation in the future. And we would certainly recommend it to other users.

The accommodation was very good so we are considering buying a cottage in the park ourselves.

Anja’s place was beautiful. It’s spacious and clean. It is near public transportation that goes directly to Amsterdam Centraal. We had a lovely time at Anja’s place. She is a great host who is very accommodating to our requests and responsive to all our questions. Would highly recommend!

We have been guests of Marieke now the 2nd time which already is a self explanatory rating and even more that Wochenende already plan to come back next year! And also this year the new toilet on 1st floor near to the sleeping room was an additional add on to the very nice and cosy home located in a beautiful little street with a classy neighborhood, playing children and the tipple bicycles of Holland around! 6 stars out of 5! Not missing to mention the pretty nice little backyard to chill in the freetime! WE WILL BE BACK!!

Fantastic and functional house, with a garden with amenities that exceed expectations. Adequate value for money. Rob is a person who is always available and courteous, very friendly at the reception. Extremely quiet residential area and in line with our expectations, especially logistical, with respect to our vacation plan. Adequate proximity services are available. Recommended experience!

At first I was a little disappointed, because you can hear the sound of the highway and the trains, in addition only a number of trees separate the terrain from the street, so that in the fall you notice the traffic from there. Unfortunately, you also rely on one vehicle. But.... It got a lot quieter right on the weekend and sitting on the terrace or the jetty and watching nature is just beautiful. You can't help but relax. In summer, the lake invites you to swim and row. And the fence around the grounds is certainly a reassurance for parents. A real paradise for children. The house is very conveniently furnished (only the beds could be renewed) and I have never had such a well-equipped kitchen. Our host was very kind. But the crowning glory was of course the three deer :) Gladly again. P.S. We had a little trouble getting to the house, as the Navis have always misled us, so definitely pay attention to the description and drive into the small path after/before the railway crossing.

Erik and Sandra’s home is lovely and perfect for families and big groups. It is well-located apx. 15-20 minute drive from the city Centrum). We had a great experience right from the check-in process to communicating with the hosts. Erik was super responsive and warm in welcoming us into their home.

Rob and Conny provided us with their house for 4 days. Everything was as described. Clean, perfectly equipped, you felt immediately comfortable. There are many seats outside in the yard/garden. Huizen is a lovely place, from here you can take trips to Amsterdam and Utrecht. We would definitely recommend the accommodation!
