Absolutely fantastic hosts! Incredibly friendly, helpful and informative. Went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. Will stay again any time we are in the area. I don't think you could do any better elsewhere. Thank you for a truly wonderful and memorable stay.

One of the best decorated apartment I’ve stayed in and so spacious. Located on a quiet street yet well within walking distance to town. A word of warning though lots of steps , steep narrow and spiral so if you are travelling from afar with big suitcases that may be a little inconvenient. But having said that it’s a minor consideration to note .

Magda was always very responsive. It’s a fantastic apartment right in the middle of Bruges. Adjoining car park was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again as Bruges is a wonderful city and less than 90 minutes from the Channel Tunnel.

The cottage is very stylish and cozy. The kitchen has everything you need. The amenities of the rooms are also absolutely sufficient. Since we were not locals, we did not know how the garbage system works and finally had to pay 2 euros for the garbage bag. It would be great if this is covered as part of the cleaning fee, so that you do not have the extra effort with the garbage disposal.

We were guests in this apartment for the second time and we were very satisfied again. Our vacation was perfect. The apartment is very cozy and you immediately feel comfortable. We will not rule out a third vacation there;)

We had the most wonderful week at Frederiek’s place. We were there with our toddler and he loved the big garden and trampoline! The hosts also supplied a highchair and brilliant travel cot which was great and few car toys which got well used. We loved meeting Elmo the dog and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks for your kind and considerate hospitality Frederiek!

We had a very nice time over a long weekend with several generations. Super nice house with a great garden. We had rain and sunshine and both are equally beautiful! If you like it cozy, just turn on the fireplace. The immediate area is great for beautiful walks. A mini supermarket is a 7-minute walk away, where there are really delicious chocolate croissants🤗. The house lacks nothing and is super cozy and perfectly divided. We'll be back!

What a beautiful home, fully equipped not only in the kitchen but so many towels it was a luxury. Sitting in the garden with wine in the sunshine in a peaceful environment also added to the charm. Thank you for opening up your lovely home for us.

Our stay in Brugge was delightful very well located. The accommodations were great and everything we needed was available. Grocery stores near by and a 15-20 minute walk to center of town.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. We didn't have to take a crib and chair with us. Shopping is within walking distance.

I like Wim's place very much and Wim is very kind to wait for us till 12am. We experienced train cancelled and Flixbus delayed due to NS strike while traveling from Amsterdam to Wim place, when we arrived it was very late and I didn't understand how the lock work. But Wim explained in patience. The place is cozy and clean, location is great with the station downstairs and attractions in walkable distance. One thing we felt odd was there was no body soap and shampoo in the bathroom, only hand soap in toilet. If Wim can change the cooking pan and kettle, which were worn out, and also add a hair dryer for the ladies, this place is perfect.

Amazing place to spend weekend or holiday. Such a stylish, clean an welcoming apartment. Perfect! 5⭐️

Our stay was great! We picked it as it was central to the many places we wanted to visit throughout Belgium, though it’s located in a quiet neighbourhood. Condo was very clean and spacious. Only comment would be if anyone has limited mobility, the stairs to get to the upstairs bedrooms are a little steep.

We had a wonderful stay . As soon as we arrived, we were touched by the delicate touches left by the owner: a bottle of very cold cava, madeleines… A welcome that immediately sets the tone! The apartment is impeccably clean and of a high standard. Nothing is missing: a fully equipped kitchen, bedding of absolute comfort, soft and quality bath towels, as well as Rituals products that added a much appreciated spa touch. Communication with Annick was fluid, warm and pleasant. The location is perfect: everything is within walking distance — beach, city center, shops — and the presence of a garage is a real plus. In short, a property to remember and recommend without a second thought. Top quality at all levels!

We stayed two nights in this beautiful apartment in Knokke and it was really fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. Everything was clean and taken care of to the last detail. The apartment was modernly furnished and very comfortable. What made it really special for us was the location: a few steps from the beach! Wake up in the morning with a view of the sea and enjoying the sunset in the evening... In short: highly recommended for those looking for a relaxing stay in Knokke. We will definitely come back!

The apartment was really great! It is even much larger than it looks in the photos and well equipped! We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Natasja was easy to reach for all questions and always super friendly.
