This place is amazing. The view is incredible. You can't stop staring at the wonderful colours of the sea. This place is the perfect hide away. I highly recommend it and will definitely book it again.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was very well maintained, there was nothing missing (clean towels and linens, complete kitchen amenities). Particularly beautiful was the sea view from the balcony and when it rained from the living room through the huge balcony window. The apartment is comfortably furnished, we felt at home immediately. Frederik is very nice, courteous, helpful. In case of problems, you could call him immediately, but everything went very well with us. We would come back anytime and recommend the apartment. The accommodation is just as beautiful as in the photos. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. Someone really has good taste. The amenities leave nothing to be desired, we rarely had such well-equipped accommodation. The location & view are fantastic. When you wake up, you look directly at the sea. Right in front of the door are countless restaurants, most with great children's playgrounds incl. Bouncy castles. Our son loved it. The beach is nice and clean. The accommodation even has handy deck chairs to take with you, sand toys & co. Check-in was easy and excellently described. Everything worked out wonderfully. The additional tip for a breakfast place was great. We had some bad luck with the weather, but Michèle was so kind and offered us a free late check out on the day of departure, as this was the only sunny day and we could therefore fully enjoy the beach again. Thank you for that & a wonderful time with you.

Absolutely satisfied! It was really clean! The host responded quickly to questions, the most amazing view from the living room to the sea, the decor was cozy with plenty of space for our own belongings, the kettle we only had to descale once, but otherwise everything worked great. enough utensils to cook for yourself, comfortable couch, TV we did not use, heating up quickly, bedroom is super quiet. We would come back (: we were out of season, so there were hardly any restaurants in the area at noon, but by train and train you can be in Bruges or Blankenberge in 20 minutes.

Very nice apartment in IMPECCABLE condition and very comfortable. What we liked: The quality of the bedding, the impeccable cleanliness, the availability of quality products (soaps, shampoos, wipes, toilet paper, etc.) in quantity, the view of the sea and the port illuminated at night. The decor is neat and the apartment has EVERYTHING you can imagine needing (special mention for the organization of the cabinets ;-)). The apartment is within walking distance (5 minutes) of a very large Delhaize, which is super convenient. However, there is no free parking space in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. We chose to pay for the parking meter every day because we were with young children (it's free between 7:00 p.m. and 11:00 a.m.). Cindy was very responsive to a noise concern (exceptional circumstance) that we had and was very flexible with our check-in and check-out time. We recommend it.

Beautiful and cozy apartment on the dike of Heist. Sea and dune views. Within walking distance of the beach, bars & restaurants. Isabelle is a really friendly host who is flexible and responds quickly! We'd love to come back!

Had a super nice stay. We were well prepared with instructions. The apartment was very clean m (the kitchen seemed as good as new) it is a nice quiet location of the apartment with beautiful side sea views. Definitely recommended

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment - everything was well equipped and exactly as described. Even our special request was solved within a short spell. The surrounding needs still some time to develop, but didn’t bother us. A bakery and a nice café are just arround the corner.

Very nice place to stay with a fantastic view and the sound of the waves. An absolute insider tip. We were skeptical at first because of the house complex (large concrete block by the sea) and were greeted by a dim, poorly lit hallway on the 10th floor. The adventure of the underground garage was also an experience, since I do not own a small car and the garage dates from a time when people did not plan with such a large car. The charm of the underground garage is also very "special" :-) But.....as soon as you enter the apartment on the 10th floor, any skepticism is gone. The decor is very nice and tasteful. Modern kitchen with good facilities, the folding bed is really very cozy with a mattress that is not laid out. We were very positively surprised. The bathroom is a dream, great facilities and absolutely clean ! The view and the permanent sound of the sea transformed the stay into a fantastic weekend. -> Very happy to come back <-

Was as advertised, great extra's like jacuzzi,sauna,bbq and all free to use. Parking was good and good communication with the host.

A tastefully furnished and decorated luxury apartment, in a quiet residence and in perfect condition of maintenance. The 32nd floor with two terraces gives you breathtaking views. The sun is there from morning to night. One side sea and the other side of town for breakfasts in the sun and aperitifs in the evening on the sea side, a treat. Linens are provided, up to the combo and slipper, for the shower or hot tub exit. The instructions before departure and arrival were very clear, thank you to Patricia for her warm welcome, discretion and instructions. We had a great weekend with the nice weather. I recommend it. Only downside, will be missing a parking space because be careful, parking on Ostend is very expensive. Thank you again. Christophe.

We really enjoyed our stay! Very nice apartment, everything tip top in order. The kitchen has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The bathroom was also completely finished with an infrared cabin, a double shower and a lovely bathtub. The building is located on the quiet side of Ostend, so you can also sit quietly on the beautiful and spacious terrace with a view of the sea and Fort Napoleon. The busier side was easy to reach by the free ferry :-) Contact with the host was very smooth and friendly!

A superb 5 star apartment furnished and kitted out to a very high standard. So comfortable and very quiet with easy access for parking. Would love to stay again when we are next in that area in Belgium and hopefully use the outside space which looked delightful when the weather is better,

Kunstkot was an amazing place to stay! We loved the hot tub, the swimming pond and the animals. My daughter loved the bunk bed (though beware the top bunk is quite low so you can't sit up on the bottom bunk, and the top bunk has no rail on one side). The flat itself had the most amazing decoration - there was art work everywhere. The sofa was also sooo comfy! There's a little honesty bar on the farm which we also enjoyed. Olivier was a responsive and accommodating host.

Upon entering, it was exactly as shown in the pictures. We just had a whole house to ourselves. Very nicely decorated and it all had a luxurious look. We also made wonderful use of the hot tub and bath. We enjoyed it.
