Very pleasant accommodation, good location within walking distance of the shops and the beach. Upon arrival and especially at night it was cold, but the host responded immediately and solved the problem together with us. Afterwards, the temperature was very pleasant. Furthermore, no downsides, just a great experience. We'd love to come back!

The apartment looked exactly like in the pictures! Very spacious and clean ideal for a group of 8. Well located with a view of the casino and the sea. We weren't aware of the fact that we weren't allowed to make too much noise after an hour. With a group of 8, it is difficult to keep the silence so pay attention to that!

A super located and clean apartment with everything you need for a cozy stay. We immediately felt comfortable right from the beginning. From the apartment you can get everywhere easily: 2 minutes' walk to the beach, perfectly located as a starting point by bike in all directions, small shop and two restaurants + pizzerias right next door. So it feels right in the middle with a view of the church and field and yet completely quiet. Everything is also easily accessible by city train (2-minute walk). In addition, a private garage (very helpful, as parking space is not always available), which also fits the bicycles and a very helpful and responsive hostess: We could not have imagined a better place to stay for our stay. Thank you very much Agnes!!

The apartment is located in a new residential area. The beach is quickly and easily accessible. The center of Oostende can be reached by ferry, by car or by bus. Unfortunately, there is still no baker in the immediate vicinity (but one is supposed to open soon). The nearest supermarket is within walking distance (approx. 15 minutes) or by car. Due to the fact that the entire residential area is still partly under construction, you have to expect construction noise during the week. The apartment is very well equipped and you immediately feel comfortable and at home. Everything was very clean and tidy. The beds are new and the bedrooms were also cozy and clean. The shower is new, ground level and large. The open plan kitchen is rather small, but good and equipped with everything. There is a nice balcony. The existing shops and restaurants are upscale. Unfortunately, we only had 4 days, but we enjoyed this time very much. We can definitely recommend this apartment.

We spent two nights here and had a great time! The appartment was perfect! Bright, light, comfortable , interesting and close to the beach. From the moment we booked, Alain was super helpful unlike any other air bnb host I have had before! He even bought a brand new camp cot for my little boy! We had a great time with the family. Everything was perfect from the small touches to the welcome until checkout, we enjoyed it very much. The bed linen and towels were impeccable, everything smelled good and was extremely clean. We have excellent communication with our host. We had a relaxing vacation with 7 people in the big house. Everything, but really everything, was clean and lovingly arranged with decorations. The garden was large and can accommodate everyone with several seating options. The hosts were always friendly and accommodating. All in all highly recommended.

we had a nice time by the sea and the west corner. The cottage is cozy and warmly decorated, also on the terrace it is lovely. we really enjoyed it. only point of attention: if you are tall (1.98m) it is a bit bent on the sides in the house and at the gate to enter.

Everything is perfectly fine. Cozy house with all amenities to enjoy with the family. Enclosed garden with plenty of tables and chairs for cozy dining outside. A super friendly and patient host who rushed us to help when one of the children left the key in the locker and closed the door🫣. Child-friendly. We will definitely come back

We had an exceptional stay in Maarten's apartment. The apartment is lovely and equipped with every comfort. The location is beautiful on the boulevard, we really enjoyed it. Shops and food and drink options are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommend.

The apartment is beautiful and very cozy. We were there with two small children (almost 2 and 4.5 years old). The kitchen is equipped with all the important utensils, and there was always plenty of toiletries, cleaning supplies, towels, etc. The couch and bed are extremely comfortable, and the evening light ambiance creates a cozy, romantic atmosphere. The TV offers access to Netflix, Disney+ and YouTube – the setting in German was easily possible. The children found the elevator very exciting and had a lot of fun with it. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance at every corner. Sebastian offered us the use of the parking card for €20 per day, which worked smoothly. He also responds promptly to all messages, which is very reassuring. Two hours after checking out, we noticed that our Apple Watch was still in the apartment and were able to go back without any problems to look for it.

Perfect apartment for our stay with our friends. Each couple had their own bedroom, bathroom and dressing room. Very clean and well decorated. We'll be back!

Ben is an owner who is attentive to his tenants, always present for the slightest information. His apartment is very functional, close to the beach, close to the shopping street and super bright. I would definitely recommend this apartment +++ and... dogs are allowed! A very big thank you to Ben.
