Monthly Rentals in Zarakes

One of the best places we've ever been to. A stone's throw from the port and life of Marmari, in October it is very quiet but still warm, with a beach 5 minutes away on foot and another 20 minutes away. Great hosts, they found solutions for every issue. Thanks!

Athina's home is located in the quiet and charming village of Zarakes, amidst the mountains, within 5 kilometers of the sea. It is an old Greek house whose front, separate part is occupied by Nico's family intimate tavern. The house is spacious, has a large terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains, located in a small garden with figs, nuts, grenades and limes. Zarakes is a true Greek countryside with extremely friendly people, great taverns and wonderful landscapes. Evia's beautiful beaches are not far from the house. Zarakes has everything you need: a shop, cafes, restaurants, a bakery, a pharmacy, and a church.

Akis is one of the kindest, most attentive hosts! He showed us the best spots in town, answered every question, solved every problem, and was so helpful! The villa lives up to every picture. The local village has incredible restaurants and the ocean view is incredible! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Can't wait to go back!

Very nice house in the middle of nature, with beautiful mediterranean garden, while also with village centre just a walk up the hill. The house is very comfortable with a bathroom for every room and air conditioning, and a kitchen with anything you can think of. While the owners live in the same building it is very private. There a two seperate terraces with beautiful view on the hills. The house is setup in a manner that you can use it as two ‘apartments’ with a shared living and kitchen, but also as a family house. Owners are very nice and helpful. Beach with crystal clear water is just 5 minutes by car, with a great restaurant at the seaside. Would definitely stay here again!
