Our apartment is located in the middle of a breathtaking mountain backdrop and offers relaxation for old, young and families. The unique location of our house is an ideal starting point to discover beautiful Tyrol in any season. Winter sports enthusiasts can reach numerous great ski resorts within an hour, such as Ischgl, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, Kappl, Sölden and much more, or our local mountain, the Venet. In summer, there are numerous opportunities for hiking, cycling or climbing tours.

Hiking, climbing, skiing, motorbike and biking and much more to do in the surrounding area. The nearest skiing and hiking area is the Genussberg Venet in Zams, which can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Other ski and hiking resorts such as Fendels, Ladis-Fiss-Serfaus, St. Anton and Ischgl are about 30 minutes drive from the property.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Haus Kunz is located at the end of Imsterberg. Very quiet, high above the Inn Valley. Our Studio Larsen consists of a large double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, cozy sitting area, shower/toilet, a large terrace with sitting area and grill. Enjoy our new outdoor sauna with mountain panorama! For motorcycles, we have a garage!!!
