3 Bedroom Penthouse with amazing views

Penthouse located just 15 min away from the center of Marbella and 12 min to Puerto Banus. The apart is spacious and has alot of outdoor space. On entry level there is a large living room with open kitchen one bedroom and a bathroom . The living rooms gives out on the terrace area one side is set up as an outdoor dining area the other sede as a lounge area. Downstairs there are 2 more bedroom and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite). The rooftop terrace is for sunbathing with bar area and outdoor shower.

Casa Utopía II

This house is a little gem because it still has the traditional charm of Andalucia. The living room has a stove where you can light a fire during the winter. The kitchen is small but you‘ll find everything you need to prepare a nice meal. There is one bedroom with a double-bed and another room with a sofa that can be turned into a double-bed as well. The small bathroom has a shower and outside you‘ll find a beautiful terrace where you can sit and relax. To El Gastor it takes 10min by car.

At 10 minutes by car from the picturesque village of Zahara de la Sierra, the house is located in a peaceful and quiet area next to the little river Arroyomolinos. The appartment ist perfect for 2 people, a third person is possible sleeping in the livingrooom (sofabed).

It has a spacious terrace where you can relax and enjoy wonderful views of the lake and the mountains.
