My sisters and I came here to stay for the weekend to visit some family that lives in Jacksonville. The house was so fun! We love the pool and the hot tub! The backyard was amazing and the house was so nice and fun!

Great location, beach is only a 3 minute walk from property. Very clean, host is very communicative and accommodating! We had a great stay while in town for a wedding.

So relaxing In such a beautiful setting. Loved relaxing in the sun by the pool. Able to get fresh eggs every morning from the hens on the property who were always excited to see us. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and stay at the property.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Zac’s. We came in on Memorial Day and we’re very pleased with the location and the amount of privacy the home offers. The area is close to the beach, restaurants and stores but still offers tranquil surroundings to rest. The home was very clean and clutter free. The air conditioning worked excellent and was very quiet when operating. Home had an air purifier running which was an added plus. The home smelled nice no signs of leaks or musty smells. We come to town for the Mayo Clinic. Finding this home that is quiet convenient, extra clean and less than 10 minutes to the Mayo was a blessing. We will definitely stay at Zac’s again!

The neighborhood is quiet, the backyard is wonderful, and the kitchen had all of the appropriate cookware and serving utensils we needed. Though the living room furniture is small to accommodate up to 6-8 guests, we were all comfortable, (bring your own air freshener if you're sharing 1 of the 2 bathrooms with that many people, ha!) Regardless, I would choose Mac's thoughtfully curated stay every time!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic!! We loved just the peace and quiet. We had a great time not only when we were out but just relaxing at the house. We were just so in love with everything. A huge thank you to Aldo for the house stay and experience. We definitely look forward to coming and staying again. Have a blessed one.

We rented this house to use for my daughter’s wedding. Christine was so accommodating to our needs. The house was just lovely and extremely clean. I can’t wait to see how the pictures come out bc every inch of this house was adorable!

This property was exactly as the listing was described. We were only there for the weekend to attend the Jacksonville Jazz Festival and this was the perfect location to enjoy the city. The house was clean with plenty of amenities. There was only a TV in the common area and not in the bedroom but it was nice to be able to use the white noise machine to fall asleep to. My favorite part of the entire experience was the great communication from the host. They were very responsive and helpful which for me is key when you're in a new city. I would definitely return and recommend to this property.

Me and my kids as well as our puppies stayed a weekend at this wonderful place my kids loved the house and it was a relaxing getaway my family needed everything was just what we expected Mr.Walden is very nice and responds with no problem in a very timely matter. The rental was extremely nice. There were lots of perks and supplies were plentiful. It was close to the beach and not far from the Omni or the shopping area. Cheryl was very easy to communicate with and seems to go above and beyond. If we go back, I would not hesitate to book Cheryl’s Sea Shed again.

This guesthouse straight out of a Joanna Gaines magazine was the perfect place for my family with a crib for the baby and animals for my toddler to see. There’s a neighborhood playground a short walk away. Close to town. The well water has a strong smell, but we enjoyed our stay.

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

My Husband and I loved our stay at Monica’s place! He’s not even one for “aesthetics” but kept mentioning how it looked “even cuter than the pictures!” It was just what we needed for the night! We will definitely be back if we’re in the area again!

We booked this place for a girls weekend and it was amazing! The neighborhood is so cute and peaceful, and a super short walk to the beach. The place was clean and comfortable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone coming to Amelia Island.

Chad and Michael are great hosts. The condo is well appointed and we felt at home for our extended stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Catherine's house. Check in and out was easy. The beds were comfortable. Great communication and Catherine is very pleasant and warm. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching the sunrise as well as swinging on the front porch as the sun set. Plenty of room inside the house with all we needed to cook and relax between outings. We would definitely stay again.

I loved how specious the unit was. The host were very responsive and kind. I will definitely rebook in the future when I return back in town.

The property was exactly as described there was a small hiccup with cleaning on arrival. But Tomas, corrected it immediately and made it right, he was an outstanding host. This property is set up for pet friendly, and I did not realize that on booking, totally my fault for not reading that clearly. If you are traveling with a pet this property is ideal.

We love this place! peaceful and rustic. A great place for our family and the dogs. We enjoyed kayaking and can't wait to come back and fish from the dock. Had a special moment with her horse who is very wise and understanding! This is our second time and can't wait to come back!

The Cozy Crab is one of the most well-thought-out and relaxing places we’ve ever stayed. It felt more like a custom-built outdoor lifestyle lodge than a vacation rental — everything was spot-on for our little family. We enjoyed it so much we never even made it to the beach. Instead, we spent our last evening fishing together on the dock. The wildlife is abundant. We were greeted upon arrival by a welcoming committee of manatees, clearly long-term fans of the property . Dropped the provided crab trap (aka Hotel California) and scored multiple crabs. Caught a mix of catfish, bonnethead sharks, a ray, and even a small hammerhead. Also spotted redfish, sheepshead, and a few other mystery fins. Also seen: squirrels, turtles, lizards, birds, and so many other critters we lost count. This place-is paradise. Ashley was a phenomenal host.

I love Holly! Shes such a beautifl spirit and her energy is unmatchable ..... her haven is so tranquile and magical, helps you unwind from a hectic work life! Inside the cabin its spotless and got all I needed, especially loved " the stone Harry wash" = a true daily life escape extravagganza! Ten plus rating all the way 👑

The house was very clean and comfortable, with 3 bedrooms (2 with bathrooms) and a separate full bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, silverware and dishes. The kitchen and family room area was very open and inviting, with a table and chairs, comfortable for a family meal. The backyard is fenced in and convenient for a dog to run around and do her business. There were working TVs in the bedrooms and family room, and the bar-b-q grill worked well. We would definitely recommend this rental during your stay on Amelia Island.

The location was good. Easy drive to Fernandina Beach. The place was large with a split plan, which was great for a little privacy while staying with family.
