My sisters and I came here to stay for the weekend to visit some family that lives in Jacksonville. The house was so fun! We love the pool and the hot tub! The backyard was amazing and the house was so nice and fun!

My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was as advertised and the grandkids loved the pool. The house was in a great location and close to stores, entertainment and food spots. We will definitely love to stay here again Don't hesitate, go ahead and book your next vacation why Peter!

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay! Yuriy was a fantastic host—very attentive and quick to respond to any questions I had, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable. The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and felt just like home from the moment we arrived. My family and I especially loved the pool—it was a highlight of our trip! We had a great time and will definitely be booking this rental again for future visits to Jacksonville. Highly recommend!

Can't say enough about how great a host James was. He was responsive in a timely manner everytime I had a question. The place was immaculate!! A well spent Birthday getaway!!

So relaxing In such a beautiful setting. Loved relaxing in the sun by the pool. Able to get fresh eggs every morning from the hens on the property who were always excited to see us. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and stay at the property.

The house was amazinggg! It was literally like a girly girl house & was super pretty and it was just so relaxing! Definitely loved the aesthetic & the pictures on the walls! Felt like I was out of town even tho I was still in jax! The pool was also veryyy pretty! If I had to stay again I most definitely would!!! 10/10!!

We so enjoyed our stay. Your home is lovely and inviting. You have a knack for decorating! We loved all of the artwork and special touches. The beautiful backyard was icing on the cake. We had fun on the “family game” side as well as the more serene fenced area. Our little dog had quite the adventure chasing his first lizard. Finally, we couldn’t have asked for a better location. We were close to beautiful beaches, great restaurants and lots of shopping. All in all the perfect getaway!

We had to stay in the area for business for quite a bit longer than we had expected, and Charles and Patricia's place was just perfect for it! They worked with us every step of the way. The pictures do not do the place justice, and the hosts are just as sweet as tea! Thank you again for hosting us!

Loved it. I could really see myself staying more than one night. Honestly, I could be there long term, if that was an option...😉😉😉 I'm really a nitpicky person, and couldn't find not one thing to nitpick about. So far, I've stayed in three Bnb's, and this will always be my top choice. Tried to researve for this Saturday 21JUNE25, but someone beat me to it...😩😩😩. I can honestly say, anyone better get it while the getting is good.

We visited Robyn’s place for a girls trip. The house was beautiful and walking distance to shops, restaurants and the ferry to Cumberland Island. The backyard is very private and landscaped nicely. The kitchen was awesome and the beds were very comfortable!

The cutest cottage with everything possibly needed! Awesome coffee maker. Washer/dryer very handy. The RV Park pool was very nice. Marcel was the kindest and most responsive host I have ever communicated with! I cannot wait to stay at Honeycomb Hideout again!

Excellent place to stay. Highly recommended if you aren’t a sensitive sleeper. Pros: ⁃ Thoughtful, responsive, helpful host ⁃ All conveniences of home included. ⁃ Excellent A/C. As cold as we wanted it ⁃ beautiful location with view of the lake ⁃ They let us check out 30 mins late ⁃ We were able to use the grill from the unit next door Cons ⁃ 2 highways nearby, planes flying overhead: 10 mins from the JAX airport. *May only be a problem if you are a sensitive sleeper. One guest had no problem, the other struggled with intermittent truck/motorcycle noise from the highway. It may have been due to Memorial Day traffic ⁃ Lighter for the grill didn’t work. Couldn't find lighter inside house as the host suggested. Used other house’s grill ⁃ Due to humidity/swelling, inside doors can be hard to open/close. ⁃ Lights outside automatically turn on at night. Host might have turned off the lights if we’d asked. If it weren’t for highways, we’d make this our main place to stay in Jacksonville

Our family had a wonderful stay at Amelia Palms. The layout of the house is perfect for sleeping littles and wide-awake adults. The pool and proximity to the beach were both enjoyed on a daily basis. Charlene was very responsive to all of our needs and a joy to get to know. Overall it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Thanks for your hospitality!

We loved staying here! The host got our first set of necessities (grocery wise) also had plenty of toiletries, shower items & laundry detergent on hand. Super accommodating for us & our kids. 10/10 recommend

it was great home . Me and my 4 kids where traveling through town and I had to find a place fast because or class A motorhome had run into major issue and so happy I found this place. it was great. the pond was perfect for fishing and right across the way from a skate park. I was able to grab our stuff from the f.v for my kids to play. We even where able to make friends with a couple local families. If ever in Kingsland would and will rent again.

The home was great for our family of 5 in town for our daughter's wedding! It had plenty of private spaces for our adult children and three nice bathrooms as well. The host was very responsive and informative and that was appreciated! This home is also centrally located on the island which makes it easy to get to all the great sites. We would definitely consider returning!

We were there for work so space was perfect. We traveled during the day and collapsed at night. There were dolphins and wildlife in the intercoastal waterway but you need your own boat to experience the shoreline. No boat rental. For a family expect to have to drive to get what you need as there is nothing in walking distance. For our purpose the site was quiet with great common areas to set up shop. It could be much more fun if they had boat rental as you could really travel to St. Mary’s or other locations for activities, fishing, and sight seeing. St. Mary’s is very nice but not a vacation destination more a family community. If I wanted to be on the intercoastal but somewhat secluded then this would work. End of a culdesac with families on either side the street is very quiet with coastal vegetation serving as a buffer from other homes.

Had a amazing stay, would stay again. There was a wasp nest on the porch and I was scared of one of my kids getting stung and they had a pest control specialist out within a couple of hours!

This home was perfect for me and my husband. The neighborhood was quiet and it’s perfect to go for walks. It felt like a home away from home. The space was clean and the location is perfect. The coffee bar and patio was the selling point for us. The owner is very responsive and helpful. I will definitely book again when I’m in the area.

We loved our time at this home! The pool was very awesome, the neighbors were friendly, we spent most of our time in the back yard oasis, where we played pool and enjoyed one another. I like that there weren’t any tvs in the bedrooms, kept everyone from separating into groups but instead we were able to really spend quality time together. Great stay would definitely book this listing again in the future! Hosts was polite and responsive.

We absolutely loved staying here! Everything was perfect down to even the smallest of decorative pieces. This is the kind of house that Airbnb commercials film. Beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean & breathtaking interior of the home too. The hosts were quick to respond & super helpful. 10/10 recommend

We absolute loved our stay! House was perfect and pool was amazing! Donna and Tom were super communicative and we felt right at home.
