Villa vacation rentals in Yucatan

I don't even know her to begin. this house is absolutely beautiful. there are five extremely large bedrooms, with each having its own large bathroom. the kitchen is a chefs dream. there is a cute courtyard in the center of the house & a side yard w/ pool. we felt very safe here, as it has a tall wall & security gates. across the street is a mall. the entrance is about a 1.5 minute walk, but don't worry about noise or traffic at all. there is a pharmacy/convenience store just around the corner. Juan, the house manager, lives on site so he is always available. He is a super friendly man! the owners were very communicative & gave helpful info ahead of time, even suggesting that we place our grocery delivery order from walmart. we had our groceries delivered the morning we arrived. Juan received them & put them away for us. we 100% WILL be back!!!!! this was our 1st trip to merida for all 10 of us & fell in love with the city & this AirBnb.

The place was beyond our expectations. Paula was an amazing host and assured that we had everything we needed. Met us on check in day to make sure she answered all questions and provided suggestions for restaurants and things to go. She was beyond helpful. The place felt like a home. All my family and friends loved it. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Merida. Thank you!

Casa Chuburná Dunas was a great change of pace for a Mexico vacation for our family. We were wanting time on the beach without Spring Break crowds and craziness. Jorge’s place was a fantastic choice for what we were looking for. Jorge helped us arrange for a couple local ladies to prepare meals for us while we were there—breakfast and dinner most days. It was a fantastic value for what we paid. They did an amazing job and cleaned the kitchen before leaving. We enjoyed visiting with them while they were there. Read through the other reviews to make sure you are prepared for all that staying in a non-resort brings, but you won’t be disappointed! We would certainly go back!

La finca Pitahaya es hermosa, la distribución de la casa es adecuada para una familia grande, ideal para familias con infantes, la alberca excelente en tamaño. Sala, comedor y cocina, excelente!! Cumplen con todos los requerimientos para una Excelente estancia. Incluso nos dejaron frutas 😊☺️ La ubicación está padre porque puedes ir a muchos lugares, es básicamente un punto medio, si deseas ir a Tulum, Playa del Carmen o algún parque Xcaret. Cabe destacar que el fraccionamiento donde está la finca es súper tranquilo! Te sientes como en casa 🏡

This place is a true jewel, every corner has a decoration to see but not small or fragile enough to worry that my two kids will destroy it. the pool area is super relaxing and the AC on the rooms is a must. I recommend anyone who is looking for a place in Mérida to come to this rental.

I stayed at casa nah with 5 friends to celebrate my birthday! The home is amazinggggg. It’s beautifully decorated, incredibly spacious, and CLEAN! Host was amazing and responded super quickly whenever needed!! I can’t wait to stay again.

Muriel’s home is a beautiful paradise! The house is very spacious. Loved the big kitchen. It has all the essentials to cook a meal. My family and I enjoyed every space. Each room has its private shower/bathroom. The kids enjoyed the pool/lounge area. The home is walking distance to El Centro and restaurants (10-15 min walk). It’s very safe to walk. Locals are really friendly too. Thank you Muriel for sharing your beautiful home and we would definitely stay at your home again.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Caro. The house and cabanas are spacious and beautifully decorated. The service was great and the food delicious: Luis, Karla and Gilda were very caring and helpful. The host was very accomodated and respond quickly to questions. Everything was perfect as it seems on line!

Es un lugar muy lindo y limpio, ideal para quedarte si quieres disfrutar la zona de Paseo Montejo y pasar un rato agradable. las habitaciones muy lindas y la casa muy agradable. La alberca está increíble para los niños. Gran lugar para pasar unas lindas vacaciones.

Staying at Hacienda Kancaba was a dream. We planned an intimate wedding ceremony during our stay for 10 close friends and family, sight-unseen. The property is otherworldly, impossible to describe aside from saying there is certainly no other place like this on earth. Our guests flew in from many places and were annoyed by the drive from Cancun to Espita until we arrived at the property. After that, zero complaints. This is way off the beaten path, a portal to another era, frozen in time in idyllic surroundings. I kept thinking to myself: I cannot believe we get to occupy this gorgeous home; anything relatively similar in the US would be viewed from behind velvet ropes for an entrance fee. It is like if you could rent Monticello… And for whatever it’s worth after all the rest of that sincere gushing, pictures do this place zero justice. It’s ten times as pristine and beautiful in real life. A gem. I expect that I will never see anything else like it in my life.

El lugar está espectacular, se siente apapacho al alma, la playa está hermosa y la arena es suavecita. La casa en persona es mucho más bonita, las habitaciones tienes buen tamaño y cuentan con aire acondicionado. El chef es una éxito, el desayuno incluido siempre estuvo de 10 y las comidas extras que agregamos se disfrutaron a tope. Fuimos al santuarios al ritual de cacao y es una experiencia que nunca vamos a olvidar y tmb hacer el hielo fue revitalizante. Adriana es la mejor host, atenta, amable, mágica, inteligente, su acompañamiento fue clave para que todo haya sido tan bonito ¡MUCHAS GRACIAS! ❤️

Beautiful space and comfy beds, 30 minutes to the beach and Coba ruins. We loved azulik right down the street. The village was cute and we felt very safe. Miryam and Anne-Marie are so kind and helpful, and always made themselves available!

WOW!!! This is the most relaxing and tranquil house you will find in Campeche! With a huge kitchen, gorgeous pool, relaxing courtyard, wide open bedrooms and it is a historical property♥️. What a great host as well. He made it very easy to check in and offered up suggestions on places to eat right away since it was late. From the chandelier to the furniture, felt like beautiful art that is very local. I loved being surrounded by such a great neighborhood, too. The property doesn't have any televisions, but this actually added to the stay. It made you just enjoy what was around you and especially your loved ones. There is plenty of room for lots of my family to have their own space to relax in. And then when we wanted to get together, the back yard is absolutely stunning. Looking up at the night sky with all of the stars while taking a nice cool swim in the surprisingly deep pool was spectacular, especially after a hot day in Campeche. A stunning house for a gorgeous city. 10/10!!

La casa es tal cual las fotos, nos gustó mucho la privacidad, el espacio y habitaciones son de muy buen tamaño ideal para viajes en familia, hay que destacar que está rodeada de mucha vegetación por lo cual habrá insectos la mayor parte del tiempo. Cuentan con dos bicicletas y fue muy divertido el recorrido en el sendero. Pero en general disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia.

Daniela superó mis expectativas como anfitriona. Nuestro viaje a Mérida fue por una competencia de danza y ella nos consiguió un espacio para a ensayar y nos facilitó una bocina . Estuvo pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo, siempre muy amable y con una actitud encantadora. Las casa increíble !!! Decoración minimalista de muy buen gusto , acabados con materiales típicos de la región , espacios amplios, techos altos . Todo funciona perfectamente. Es la segunda vez que rento villa en ese complejo y definitivamente regreso .

Excelente casa, cómoda y con una vista espectacular al mar. si desea salir un rato de la casa puede visitar Telchac, un pueblo pesquero con el encanto de lo sencillo que se hace bello. Ermilio muy presente en todo momento al igual que Sr José el casero que fue muy amable y funcional cada día Solo sugeriría iluminar más el exterior hacia la playa Recomendada la casa al 100%

I almost hate to write this review for fear that everyone will immediately recognize the beauty of this home and its location and look to book it--which would spoil my future plans to come back!!! In all seriousness, Sylvain's house is a treasure. It is beautiful inside-- I loved the living room kitchen area. The master bedroom and bath are fantastic. And the pool is actually a real pool (not a tiny square box that is dug into the ground and called a pool so that an owner can check the pool box on the listing). The pool is right off of the main living quarters and is spacious with ample deck and chairs to lounge if that is your preference. But the real beauty is the ocean--unbelievably pristine beach, completely secluded, gorgeous waters, just perfect. And the house is right there--on the beach, less than a stone's throw away. It was captivating and beautiful. I do recommend arriving to check in during daylight. It is difficult to find the house at night because there is no light.
