Andy was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The home is perfectly situated with easy access to snowboarding and the Bay Area. We hope to stay there again!

This was the most amazing Airbnb! The home was beautiful, the private lake was awesome and the pool and huge spa were perfect for our family vacation! We all fished off the private dock and out in the lake using the paddle boat and the kayaks. We caught smallmouth bass and crappie’s. Such a great time for everyone especially the grandkids. The location is so beautiful and peaceful. The house is immaculate and well stocked. There are 2 fire pits, one by the lake and one on the patio. It was stocked with firewood and kindling. They truly thought of everything for a comfortable stay. This place has everything for the perfect vacation! We never left to go do anything else! We will be back next summer. Thank you!

Beautiful home well maintained, you can tell they love it and want others to enjoy it as well. Anastasia and her husband were both available if needed and took care of any small items that came up immediately. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again if planning another trip out that way ♥️

What a great experience and relaxing location. The home is beautiful, clean, well cared for and stocked with nicer than usual amenities. But the back yard steals the show. Set in amongst the trees is a luxurious home in-ground pool and hot tub with beautiful landscape, pool deck and back patio with table. Just up from town, location can't be beat!

This place was absolutely perfect for our family to stay at. It was very comfortable, relaxing, clean & just had everything we needed with our favorite part being the pool. Serguei was very accommodating when I asked if we could check in early due to the time our flight landed. The neighborhood was quiet and private and we definitely felt right at home here. We truly could not have found a better place to stay for our family trip to Sacramento! Thank you so much!!

This is such a beautiful, scenic retreat in the woods! Cassundra is very flexible, responsive and kind and made us feel right at home. There are so many thoughtful and homey touches in the cabin. We will be back!

I cannot begin to explain how lovely Linda’s place is. The house is adorable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make meals. We spent so much time in the back garden. It’s a tranquil paradise. Very dog friendly with the yard being fenced all the way around. Linda is an amazing host. Very responsive if you have any questions or concerns. We truly enjoyed our stay and will consider coming back. Thank you, Linda.

The cabin near Scott’s Flat Lake was lovely and very relaxing during our weekend trip. The cabin is well appointed and decorated with a modern touch. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck by the gas fire pit at night. The cabin is close to the Cascade Shores launch ramp and trail to the beach. We brought our inflatable SUP down and enjoyed a relaxing lakeside day. The location and the cabin were amazing. Highly recommend!

Home away from home !! Loved everything about this home!! Super cool experience ...very spacious perfect place to sit back and relax ....host had everything you can think of! Very much accommodating very peaceful place !! We will definitely come back !

Wow Wow Wow!!! The view and grounds are amazing! The beds are all very comfortable and the linens are super soft. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware which made dinners easy. Plenty of seating and tables for all 8 of us. Bathrooms are updated with all of the amenities. The outdoor area was our favorite. They have many outdoor option’s when it comes to seating. Couches, lounges, chairs, beautiful large grass area, not to mention the kayaks, paddle boards and tubes. Steve and Sachie’s place is conveniently located to many of the surrounding cities. Our favorite restaurant was a very short drive and so delicious. Twelve 28 Kitchen will not disappoint. I have to end this review with Wow the view is amazing from this home. Thank you Steve and Sachie, we can’t wait to come back! Patti

It was the perfect place for our family gathering. To our surprise a new upgraded play structure was installed which was not shown on the photos. The 3 and 5 year olds loved it a lot. The garage space turned into a playroom was brilliant! The kitchen was spacious and fun to cook in for our hungry tribe. Maybe another bench would be helpful to seat more folks around the dining table. The remodeled bathrooms were awesome. All was super clean, surfaces, linens and towels. What we could have done without is the scent in the towels and sheets. Overall it was a great experience, a happy get away.

I was looking for an inspiring, relaxing and spacious place for my family to stay during our daughter's wedding weekend in Grass Valley. Leah's place was everything I hoped it would be, and easy to enjoy. Leah was great about communications. Five stars all the way.

A lovely place nested just one street off the Main Street in downtown Nevada City, yet so quiet and peaceful. We only stayed two nights, but it would also be a great place for longer stays. The house was very clean and thoughtfully decorated. Everything you need is in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Remarkably beautiful and well appointed. The craftsmanship and artistry of the home is like being immersed in a life size art piece! The attention to detail in provisioning, stocking, and comfort were unparalleled. The kitchen is truly gourmet with everything you need to prepare an elegant 5 course meal! If I could give a 10 stars I would! We could not have asked for anything more.

This is a beautiful house full of character, nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac, overlooking a gorgeous valley. We would happily recommend this place to larger groups, as there was ample room to spread out, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, and a large kitchen great for families or multiple groups. Plenty of charm and interesting art as well.

Lovely setting about 10 minutes from the heart of Nevada City. Paul provided great instructions for the house and made recommendations for local hikes and food. His place worked well for the five of us who were visiting for my niece’s wedding

Natalie and her husband Luke have done a wonderful job restoring the home to the original glory it was in 1883 but with upgrades. They covered everything you would need. Especially the little details, i.e. bottle of wine, laundry soap, little helpful notes. It was walking distance to several coffee shops and a resturant call Provisions. If staying it is a must visit for a drink or a meal. This will be where we stay next time in town.

Gosh where do I start? This was by far my favorite place we have stayed so far. The home was beautiful, cozy, and the accommodations were perfect. We barely left the home (just for food and groceries) and spent almost all of our time outdoors by the river making memories with our littles. Our dog got to hang out with us as well. We loved the fact that the deck can be gated and closed and this relieved a lot of stress as far as having to constantly watch our dog. The atmosphere is relaxing, the home is clean, and has everything you need. Outside, there are multiple sitting areas and direct access to the water. During hot peak hours, we took dips in the river with the kids and during cooler temps in the evenings, we relaxed in the hot tub. We are planning on making this a yearly tradition. The host was very kind and responsive and just friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

Spent a few days here during Christmas and there was plenty of room for our toddler to explore, even with it being too cold for the pool. The view was great - could see the snow on the mountains when it was clear. The kitchen was sufficient for small meals but it was not equipped for baking or cooking complex things. Overall we had a wonderful stay!
