Absolutely beautiful, park-like setting. The home is cozy and clean. I am a plant girl who lives in the country so I felt right at home. The pool was sparkling and surrounded by citrus trees that smelled amazing. We had some rogue ants join the party in the kitchen the first night but Angie was quick to reply and had it handled immediately. We loved having a little oasis to escape to while visiting friends in Roseville. Will come back!

Wendy and Richard were incredibly hospitable hosts. Their carriage house was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location within walking distance to the lake. They even have a sweet, friendly dog who made our stay even more enjoyable. I can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful surroundings and accommodating sleeping and bathroom arrangements. I appreciate the nespresso! Lots of towels and comfortable places to sit and hang out and eat. Pool was so wonderful. To have a pool to one’s self is so great! We will return!

We had the most wonderful girls weekend at this Airbnb! Everyone was blown away but how gorgeous the home and grounds were. Really nothing bad to say about this place, it’s perfect for a large group! The home is spacious and cozy and the outside has room for so many activities. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating for our needs! It was hard to leave this magical place, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful home well maintained, you can tell they love it and want others to enjoy it as well. Anastasia and her husband were both available if needed and took care of any small items that came up immediately. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again if planning another trip out that way ♥️

Wonderful host, location, and space. Clean, quiet, and convenient to the shops and attractions of Grass Valley. The stairs to the third-floor bedroom are very steep and not suited to anyone with balance or mobility issues, but we found the whole place and experience to be delightful. Highly recommend.

I truly love my stays at the Serenity House. It is always such a special place for our small groups and this was our 3rd time returning. The land is beautiful and serene, the home has everything we need, and the beds are so comfy. Spending quiet moments sitting on the porch while watching the horses and chickens play is a highlight. Mai and Andrew are always so communicative and helpful if anything ever arises. We cannot wait to return again and I can't recommend this special place enough.

#2 One of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at! Peggy was a gracious and thoughtful host—she greeted us on arrival, showed us around, and stayed in touch throughout our stay. We brought our puppy and arranged a sitter for the wedding weekend, but Peggy even helped cover a gap and let our pup play with her dog when the sitter had to run out. The fenced yard, private entrance, and peaceful setting made it the most dog-friendly trip we’ve ever had. The home was spotless, the bed and couch were super comfy, and we loved relaxing in the hot tub and on the patio. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the location couldn’t be better—an easy 10-minute walk into charming downtown Nevada City for dinner and breakfast. 10/10—would absolutely stay again!

This was our third time staying here. It’s a lovely area, with beautiful trees over the hot tub. It is like a little house that has everything you need in it.

We enjoyed our stay in this home over 5 days while visiting family in the area. Great location with easy access to shopping. The neighborhood is great for walking that includes a park a couple blocks away. We will likely try to stay at this home again in the future.

This is my second time staying at Mahdi’s Airbnb and it’s the perfect home for three families. We used it during club volleyball season and it’s super reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again!

This house was wonderful! It has great, working AC units in many rooms that work fast for hot days. The TV and projector are up to date with streaming platforms and a high-quality sound system. There’s a Bluetooth speaker system that connects throughout the house and is very easy to use. He also offers to clean everything up for you after, which allows for a comfortable check-out experience. I would highly recommend this house. Clean, affordable, technologically up to date, and caring host. Also, many extra towels and blankets!!

Three couples who had worked and became friends 35 years ago came from Germany, the state of Washington , and Hawaii for a mini reunion. The house was perfect for two of the couples who stayed in the home. Very unique home with many comforts.

The layout of the home was perfect for our family to gather, connect, relax, and simply enjoy our peaceful surroundings. The beds are super comfortable! Everyone woke up refreshed. This place was absolutely perfect for us. It’s walking distance to the town square and tucked away just off the main road so you are away from the noise. There’s also a beautiful walking path out the back gate. The hosts were also very responsive and friendly. I have no complaints!

This little cottage is so charming. It’s very walkable to shops and restaurants in Nevada City. Staying here was such a joy, and we want to come back!
