Lovely space with large areas and boat for rent

Lovely old farm with several km. long shoreline towards the sea. Good fishing opportunities by boat at the dock at the property. Good hiking opportunities with several marked trails in the surrounding area. The boat that can be rented is an older plastic worm with a diesel engine, about 5 knots speed. Perfect for smaller hikes in the amazing archipelago in the north of Øygarden Diesel is extra. The house is 120m2 and has 5 bedrooms. Bathroom with shower on the ground floor and single toilet on the ground floor. Wash out yourself or we fix for 1500,-.

Idyllic and undisturbed gem by the sea

Welcome to Nautaneset! Originally an old homestead that has now been used as a holiday home. The cabin is located unashamedly by Sævareidsfjorden with a way forward. Here you will have access to a charming old house, large green areas, good swimming opportunities, pole fishing opportunities and a bullpen with access to kayaks, fishing equipment, outdoor toys, fire pit and outdoor furniture. Outside the bullpen there is a large plating and wood-fired hot tub. The area is child and pet friendly. Water from well, drinking water from the tank.

Cabin on its own dock centrally located in Øygarden. Walking distance to bathing area, shop, gas station. There is good fishing in the area and boat can be rented on site (Apr-Nov) - 14 foot rowboat with small motor or a 17 foot fishing boat with 40hp. The house is not big but suitable for 4 people. Road all the way and parking in the square. TV and wireless internet. About 45 minutes drive to the center of Bergen. The place is ideal for trips by sea or land, but with a lot of wind, the areas around the cabin can be cool.

We rent out our holiday home with a very seaside, rural and unspoiled location just before Hellesøy in Øygarden, about an hour's drive from Bergen. Great hiking opportunities in the area, fishing possibilities close to the house and opportunity for boat rental nearby. If you arrive in a boat or rent one, this can be moored on the dock below the house. Here you can relax and enjoy quiet evenings on the terrace while the sun goes down🌞A patio with fire pan and sitting area, and terrace with sitting area and jacuzzi.

Master bedroom has private ensuite bathroom, 180 cm / king bed. Second bedroom has a 160 cm / queen bed. Third bedroom with bunk bed, bottom 120 cm / full, top 75 cm single. Attractive cottage by the sea. One hour from Bergen City. Good fishing opportunities. Possible to rent a boat. We are approved for tourist fishing. BOAT 2025 Price for Boat whith 25 HK motor is 700 nkr for one day. 1 week=3200 nkr Price for boat whit 40 HK motor i 800nkr for one day 1 week =4200 nkr. Petrol is extra . For longer terms ask for price. Boat will most likely not be available during the winter period November through February. Crab pots + crab cooker/gas included with cabin.
