Lovely modern, but worm interior with Scandinavian design. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Big windows in the living room, and on the frontal wall of the master bedroom. This makes for a breath-taking and romantic view. A good size bathroom and walk-in /nursery is attached to the master bedroom on the top floor. This floor is well suited for couples.

Welcome to the historic Bergen house, dating back to around 1780, located in the charming Sandviken area just a stone's throw from the bustling city center among local residents. You'll have the entire house to yourself, complete with a cozy outdoor terrace. The property is secluded from street noise, tucked away in a small alley. Its convenient location offers easy access to supermarkets, a bus stop, hiking trails, and city bike parking. Additionally, you can find paid street parking nearby.

Seafront retreat - pier, boatrental & fishing camp

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.

Her får du en stor hage med flere sittegrupper, grill, pizzaovn, badestamp, bålpanne og 2 fiskestenger. Welcome in my hut by the lake :-) Here you can enjoy the peace of nature, go fishing, hiking, sit on the terasse or simply read a book. Bergen is 30 min drive by car, bus availabe 1 km walk from the house. I speak English, German and Norwegian.
