We had a wonderful time at Turid’s cabin. Truly incredible space, comfortable and cozy. Lots of things to do inside and outside the house. We rented one of the boats and had a beautiful couple of days out on the fjord. Turid and Audun also gifted us some very fresh eggs from their farm, were available at all times and helped us with recommendations and any questions we had. We loved it. We will return. A very magical place. 10/10

Rosendal, the nature, the mountains, the culture, the weather. Everything was wonderful. Tinghuset, the hosts Anita and Dag and the swimming area as well. We had a wonderful long weekend and missed nothing. We gladly came back...

We spent three nights in the small house and felt very comfortable. The decor is very homey and there are many small details to discover that make the atmosphere cozy. Although the house is so small, you have everything you need, even if we sometimes had to look for something :-) The communication with Gerhard was very good and he gives clear instructions (e.g. to operate the alarm system). The accommodation is not located directly in the center, but we knew that beforehand and it is not a problem if you are good on foot. Otherwise, buses also run nearby. To make a hike from Sandvikspilen to Fløyen, the house is perfectly located.

Imelda has been an amazing host and the Airbnb was very nice and clean. The heated pool and the sauna was amazing after a late night swim in the Fanafjord. Imelda was very accommodating and knowledgeable, she also responded quickly to any questions we had. A bonus surprise was; We asked if we could use some of the fishing stuff and they brought kayaks the following morning to explore with. Thank you for a great experience, we will definitely be back.

Otherwise is a perfect host who is helpful and very flexible. I was allowed to use the boat and even the Hings (boat as indicated for a fee). Beautiful location for walks and (for me especially) fishing (cod, pollak, Leng, squid, scarf and even a shark).

We had a truly wonderful stay at Monica’s cabin. The place is just as beautiful as described – if not even better. The cabin is cozy, stylish, and perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen has more than you’d ever expect, which made cooking really enjoyable. The location is fantastic – peaceful and surrounded by stunning nature, yet still easily accessible. It was the perfect place to relax, explore the area, and enjoy the quiet. Monica was an amazing host – super friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. Her communication made everything smooth and easy from the start. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again – hopefully in summer next time

We had an incredible stay in this beautiful home with breathtaking views of Bergen and the surrounding mountains. Waking up to the sight of the city and fjords was a highlight of our trip. The location was perfect, close enough to explore Bergen easily yet in a peaceful spot where we could relax and take in the scenery. The large windows and outdoor space allowed us to fully appreciate the stunning panoramic views, especially at sunset. The home was spotless with cozy furnishings and all the amenities we needed. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything for a perfect stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bergen, staying here made our trip even more special and we would love to return.

Amazing find! This place is absolutely magical— even better than the pictures! Being right on a fjord was a unique experience. The location is convenient, just a short ride to the heart of Bergen. Loved every second of my stay, jørns family is lovely, the location is absolutely stunning, the lake has a few islands that one can visit upon boat request from the family, the cabin is truly a hidden treasure in a beautiful valley, if you’re seeking peace and quietness, this would be the place!

We had a great time at Karl Filip’s place. The place was spacious and as described. Light rail stop was a few steps away, and there was also a great bakery just around the corner.
