It is only 50 m to the grocery store. Approx. 7 minutes walk to the bus, light rail and a large shopping mall. 12 minutes by train to the airport and 33 minutes to the city center. This is a room that contains two sleeping places. There are cooking possibilities, fridge and access to your own shower and toilet. There is also its own private, undisturbed quay and some fishing equipment. It offers views of the Raunefjord and the islands to the west. You can hear the planes, but the place is peaceful, scenic and undisturbed. Use of the sauna costs NOK 400 (electricity + cleaning). The water in the fountain is roof water. Bottled water is provided. Note that the toilet composts paper and feces and is only emptied when it is full. There is no flushing with water.
