We’re very familiar with the surrounding area and this home is classic to the Russian River vibe. It’s easy to access Jenner Highland preserve, Armstrong woods and river activities. We found the listing to be accurate and very clean. We did not access the small secondary building but appreciated the hot tub. We also were glad we left our dog at home as there is no grass on the property and several stairs to navigate. It would certainly work for some dogs, but not ours was quite large. We did appreciate David’s immediate response to our request to edit our reservation when we decided not to bring our dog; excellent communication!

Bolinas is a special, unique, off-beat slice of heaven. Same with Charle’s cottage. If you love authentic coastal vibes, then do yourself a favor and stay here if you can. It’s the real, real. Well loved and well worn cottage that works like a charm. Hot tub, walk to beach or the Mesa, or town. Little deck to enjoy the ocean view. Ditch the phone and the clock and tap into the rhythms of nature. Thank you for sharing your magical cottage, Chuck! 🙏

WE WISH WE COULD HAVE EXTENDED! This property shows better than the pictures with professional interior design, sweeping views, goats next door, grape vines in bloom, quiet, and Tracy was responsive. The hot tub was key to watch the sunset and enjoy the views. Also, it was so nice to have a separate space for my Dad while us kids took over the main home.

Artistic and quirky house. I loved it! You have to duck a lot, but it’s super cool. <5min walk to beach or downtown.

This is such a beautiful home. The special details that Cheryl provided elevated the experience into more than just a place to stay. We felt like welcomed old friends. Cheryl left us fresh eggs, bagels, and freshly squeezed orange juice from the property’s orange trees. The gourmet kitchen is a cook’s dream. The beds were comfy, and we had plenty of space. The location is terrific, the grounds are beautifully landscaped, and we felt completely at home.

What a beautiful place to stay! It has everything you need and is steps away from Sonoma Plaza , full of fun shopping and dining! The host was so nice and everything was very clear and easy. We will definitely be back!

Zorelle was communicative from booking - Check out. He answered questions promptly, gave great recommendations and instructions for our stay. The cottage was as pictured and very comfortable. It made our "Bucket list" week the best place to recoup in the evening. We had a great time!

My friend and I loved this home; furnished in a charming and comfortable way with pleasant accents and colors we loved. Everything we needed to be content was supplied in a way that was easy. We felt quite at home and could have lived there for a long stay.

We had a great super last-minute stay at Chad's place! Chad saved our ill-fated camping trip to the coast (we were defeated by 35 mph winds at 7:30 pm) - he got back to us within 15 minutes and even sent over someone with clean towels within 40 minutes. His bungalow was a super comfortable retreat for our two families with two toddlers and a dog - everyone loved the outdoor space! I can see it being too hot in the summer months without A/C but we were very comfortable with the fans on. For families traveling with kids, just fyi we were hoping to put the kiddos in the game room for bedtime but weren't able to do so as there's no bathroom access without exiting the house and coming back up the outside stairs. Just wish we had a second day to take advantage of Chad's amazing stash of river gear!!!

Linda is a great host. Cares about her guests. She had the room set to be cool upon arrival. The room is spacious and pleasantly comfortable. The Friday farmer's market is an easy walk, just down the street. Quiet neighborhood.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s place. Access to the river was a very short walk from the home. The house was clean and clear of clutter.

It was a really nice stay for me and my two dogs. Extremely nice family, and nice quiet & private place. It was unlike most Airbnb’s in that everything in the interior had a personal touch, it was fully stocked to cook, every possible need, both to cook inside & out. Most AirBnB’s have a bit of an “IKEA” feel, this felt like a true guest house, decorated, quality furniture, extremely clean. The drive in was beautiful, and the unit was great to stay in.

My husband and I (along with our 6 month old and our dog) enjoyed a perfect Fathers Day/Birthday weekend at Dennis's cottage! The location couldn't be better - so easy to grab provisions or a quick bite around the corner at the general store, and amazing to be able to walk to the beach in just a few minutes. The cottage is cozy - just the right size for two adults and a dog - with everything you need. Having a washing machine was extra convenient, and the balcony and fire place made for relaxing evenings. We love Dillon Beach and are so happy we found this place! Don't hesitate to book :)

Gem of a beachhouse, on a quiet street, just a short walk from the beach. Clean, tastefully decorated cabin and loved the peaceful back garden and front patio to enjoy the sun as well.

This cottage was perfect for a weekend getaway with me and my partner. We were able to walk to the beach with our surfboards in less than 10 minutes. The outdoor porch was nestled amongst so much greenery and made for the perfect AM coffee spot. The outdoor shower was luxurious and the studio was cozy for watching movies in bed at night. Would def recommend to another couple looking for an easy getaway at the beach!

Wow! This property is absolutely stunning. Private and peaceful, it’s straight out of a magazine! Just 6 minutes from the most beautiful hiking trail, Goodlove Trail and just minutes to drive to some of the most beautiful wineries! We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again!

The school house was more than we could have ever expected. It took our breath away the second we pulled up to the property. The kids loved walking up the long drive way and exploring the tree grove. Everywhere we looked there was something even more beautiful to discover. The house itself was stocked and cozy. We felt at home immediately. We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage! The hosts, Lynn and John, were friendly and welcoming. We brought our baby and they left out a booster seat, child plates/bowls, toys, and made up the crib for him! We were able to do a barrel tasting, which was fantastic! We loved the hot tub and the garden. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the corn hole and fire pit! Will have to come back!

Berry Vine Cottage was a cozy place for my son and me. It was very clean, and had every convenience we were hoping for. It was centrally located to all the trails and the town of Point Reyes Station. Would recommend to a friend!

This was our second long-term stay (each stay being several weeks) at the Sunset Serene Cottage and we will definitely be coming back for more. Consider this as your home away from home. The location and the view cannot be beat. The house is perfect for us as a couple - bedroom, kitchen, living room, and bathroom have everything you need for a relaxing and convenient stay. It’s surrounded by so much nature, and it was wonderful to have a busy day and then come home to this oasis. Neighborhood is also very safe and we took many walks to enjoy the view of the Bay. This was our second time staying at Red Door Retreat and we had another great visit. As before everything was exactly as pictured and described. Checkin was very smooth and communication with Brett was great. We particularly enjoyed the several nice outdoor spaces and the hot tub. Quiet setting but short drive to local attractions and Guerneville town center. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely time at Emily’s garden oasis!! It was peaceful and private with stunning gardens covering the property. The beds were cozy and comfortable! Stocked kitchen ready for cooking and BBQing. We loved the walkability to the river! We will be back!
