Vacation rentals with a patio in York County

This was a great apartment to rent for the class I was taking in Mechanicsburg. Roger and Mardell were very responsive and helpful, they seem very nice. The neighbors are quiet and it was the perfect size for me. The apartment itself is super cute, and looks exactly as the pictures show. I didn’t have a chance to really roam around the city, but everything you need is within a minute or so. All in all I would rent here again!

The house was just what we needed it to be for a night before a park day at Hershey. Jared was very responsive and kind and the place was very clean and felt homey.

We loved our stay!! The apartment was beautiful and decorated so nicely! the kitchen was well stocked, and I had no trouble preparing the few meals I brought. Amy was super helpful and responsive to messages, and made check in so easy! My husband and I enjoyed visiting all the local markets, thrift and antique stores in the area and surrounding. It was a lovely, and relaxing weekend!

This place is absolutely AMAZING!!! It is so clean and quiet. There were 2 other couples in the 2 other places upstairs and it was completely soundproof, couldn’t even hear the main door open and close. Then you go inside and they thought of EVERYTHING!!! The kitchen had everything you would need. The bathroom was huge and so very very clean. The bed was SOOOO comfy. I could go on and on. The outside has a cute sitting/grill area. It was such a great experience and York Pa is a very cute town. This place was only a few miles from the city and the expo. Great location. The communication was great too. My husband and I needed a place last minute and they were great, responding very quick. Great price too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I had a wonderful stay at Rhonda’s place! The space was incredibly clean and comfortable—everything was just as described, and I felt right at home. Rhonda was also a fantastic host: very responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with. She made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and well-kept place to stay!

This is my second stay at Elmer's place and it was a wonderful as the first. No issues checking in. The apartment is simply decorated, clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. It was a plus to have my dog and my friend's dog stay with us. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. Look forward to returning:)

Few of us will ever own such a beautiful historic property. It was, and still is owned by those with good taste and attention to detail. The artwork is fun and well suited to the spaces. Everything was spotless and we had all that we need for our week's stay. Parking was easy just outside the door and the only noise I ever heard was the wash machine in another unit seemingly far distant. Thanks for a very peaceful and uneventful stay.

We had a great stay at The Lady Grey Cottage! From the minute you walk in, you feel at home like you can relax and unwind. The kitchen was nice and open and allowed us to prepare many meals here. This was a great choice for our family vacation with our 4 kids due to the wide open backyard, which allowed us to play catch, the private and secluded feel of the home and patio even though there are houses nearby, the walkability of the neighborhood, which allowed us to have a nice morning family walk, and the hot tub and firepit for Smore's. The house made us feel like we were definitely on vacation. My daughter and I loved the subtle French decor and feel to the house; it added to the relaxing vibe. There are even parks nearby with access to the river, which we utilized one morning. Peter, himself, was very friendly and communicative and willing to help us with anything we needed. I definitely recommend staying here and would like to stay again someday.

Overall absolutely amazing stay, beautiful clean home. Ashlee was super responsive, accommodating and friendly. We appreciate all the little things, such as coffee, towels, fans in each room, books to read, lots of outlets. We were a little scared of the basement with the light on and no lock on the door. But no monsters got us and we had a great weekend.

what an absolutely wo perfume stay. Nora was very friendly and responsive to questions. The home was immaculate, warm, inviting and welcoming. I will totally be using this place to stay again when I co.e to Pennsylvania to stay. Thank you for a great home to stay in Nora.

If I could have given a 10 for cleaning I would. The house was immaculate. Especially appreciated how organized everything was in the kitchen. Most rentals have drawers filled with mismatched items and here everything was perfectly organized so you could find exactly what you needed - and they thought of everything, even a lovely welcome basket. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom clean with anything you may need. Everything was in great condition, with none of the wear you often can see in a rental. The window AC kept things nice and cool. I liked all the little notes around the house. Their communication was fantastic throughout the process. We lucked out with a parking spot across the street when we arrived so that made unloading easy. But when we came back at the end of the night the areas near the house were very busy and we eventually parked in one of the garages nearby. But in the morning we were able to move the car across again to load. Thank you!

This is the second time we have stayed at Wilkum Home. We enjoyed the stay in this home so much the first time that it was an easy decision to stay here again on our second visit to Lancaster. The home is conveniently located for walking or driving to restaurants, area attractions or wherever you wish to go. The house is very clean, nicely decorated and has all the amenities you need for a home away from home. And the hosts are wonderful, always very responsive and accommodating. Also the home has a dedicated parking space just steps away from the front door which adds another level of convenience to this home. If you’re looking for very nice accommodations in Lancaster City, then you have found it - this is truly a fantastic place to stay!

Justin and Krista's place was very cozy and had everything we needed for a family reunion trip. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and everything was very clean. They responded back to our questions quickly and were very helpful.

Had a great time at the airbnb for F&M graduation! Would stay here again!
