Vacation rentals with a kayak in York County

This listing was the perfect place for our romantic and peaceful getaway ! The place is spacious yet cozy and nestled within nature. Our host, Jillian, was kind and always responsive to any questions we had along the way. If you stay here you will be delighted with the home’s soothing atmosphere. For the past five years, we’ve celebrated Melissa’s birthday at Swan Lake, and it has truly become a cherished tradition. Vern is always a wonderful host, and his thoughtful touches make each stay special. The peaceful setting, cozy atmosphere, and beautiful views make it the perfect place to unwind. Every visit is filled with great wine, incredible food, and plenty of games—exactly what a getaway should be. We love coming back year after year and are already looking forward to the next one!

Would definitely stay again if in the area. would recommend this place to anyone. Not only is the house adorable and cozy, the waterfall outside is stunning. Suzi is a great host, with the best directions, I have never been provided woth such detailed directions and it just made check in and the entire process seamless and so easy. It can be hard to find a place that allows pups, but this hidden gem does and you don't have to settle because it is lovely.

Very comfortable, peaceful gem. Chris was very responsive and even reached out proactively about an additional AC unit given warmer temps to be sure we were comfortable. We used the grill, fire pit and totally enjoyed the trail. Having coffee on the deck each morning was idyllic!!

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. It was clean and cozy, just what we needed for some over due family time and R&R. We had a great time fishing the creek, exploring the town and trails and enjoying the wildlife. Lost of ducks, geese, even goslings, salamanders, turtles, deer, rabbits and a woodpecker! The place had everything we needed.

This was my first experience in a tiny house, the bar is set very high after this stay! The home is absolutely lovely. Everything one needs is easily accessible and on location. The organization and cleanliness was superb. One only needs to be on location for only 5 minutes to feel warm, welcomed, safe, and excited for adventure. The tiny home is in a wonderful neighborhood and my partner and I could literally walk to the state park. We were only there for a day so we were not able to utilize the bikes or kayaks but we certainly hope to visit again for a longer duration to explore further. A beautiful evening to sit out by the campfire, cook on the grill and have a quiet evening inside. The tiny home bar again is set high after this wonderful experience. Thank you and this was exactly what my partner and I needed! Everything about the stay was fulfilling and inspiring.

This place was one of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed. It was absolutely beautiful and the pictures truly don’t do the place justice. I will 100% be hopefully rebooking in the future!!
