Halfway to our respective residences, we came to spend Christmas with family and everything was perfect 1 real Christmas house with all the decor that goes well Huge eating areas both inside and out. pretty bedrooms nice welcome from Sabrina Anthony, you're not safe from seeing us again next year. Sophie's house is lovely. It is ideal for a family, very well located at the gates of Troyes, 1 min from shops and 5 min from factory outlets. It is practical and tastefully decorated. The garden is also nice and the terrace allowed us to enjoy all our meals outside. Board games, ping pong, billiards, ball… the kids had a good time. Sophie is a welcoming and responsive host. We really enjoyed our week, which was relaxing. Thanks Sophie, we'll be back with pleasure!

Excellent stay, the house is charming and cozy. We enjoyed the beautiful setting with the lake as well as the Chablis region. We were hosted very well by our hosts, and communication was easy. Special mention to the smoked trout from the lake too! Thanks again!

Great stay at the squirrel's cottage! The space was spotless, new, and comfortable. Beds are made, towels are provided. From the garage, we access the large cottage and the small cottage (kitchen, bathroom, toilet, 2 bedrooms - perfect for a family with small children who have different rhythms). The environment is peaceful and beautiful in spring. Many walks nearby to the medieval village of Semur. Flavien and Marie were responsive to respond to us and available on site. The welcome was warm! A great place for a weekend away with friends and family!

Anna is sparkling, extremely kind, she offers us restaurants and leisure activities nearby . It's also very accommodating. And the setting is very nice. Too bad the weather didn't allow us to go into the pool

The place is Incredible to discover, just explore the lake with the pedals was amazing. Everything is peaceful, and Jean-Pierre is very friendly and welcoming.

We really enjoyed this large apartment. Check-in was easy, we could park across the street. It was newly renovated, very clean and the rooms did not overlook the road, so it was quiet during the night. In the village there is a bakery.

This is a fantastic place to use as a home base for exploring all the sites that Burgundy has to offer. We were there for four nights and couldn't fit in everything we had planned. The town offers plenty of restaurants and shops (definitely get a reservation at La Cuisine de la Fontaignotte) . The apartment is authentically French and charming with the kind of funky layout that comes with being in a centuries-old building, while being spacious and comfortable. Host is lovely and friendly.

We stayed only one night but it was great! A clean, quiet accommodation with all the amenities you need in it. Thank you so much for the availability of the hosts who were very accommodating for our arrival and very available. I highly recommend this rental!

We had a very pleasant stay in Séverine's accommodation, with the advantage of being very very well insulated from the heat despite the high temperatures at the time of our arrival. The entire property corresponds in all respects to the description, I would recommend it!

What a positive! true to the description and much more...!!! The place where the place is located is just amazing! Stables, a swimming pool, tennis lessons, a small shop, a babysitting service in a wooded setting at will. For a total disconnection a few kilometers from Paris, this is the ideal compromise. The place is not only clean but most importantly, excellently arranged. The sleeping area is distinct from the living room and it opens onto the kitchen with a gigantic central island (ideal for family or friends moments) Board games are available in quality comfort: a large sofa and a large table to share moments without screens. Two bathrooms and two toilets make it easy to stay together without getting in the way. Thank you to our point of contact who is very responsive. stay to repeat!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rogers lovely cottage. The house has been very tastefully renovated and indeed the photos on the website do not do it justice! We felt very much at home in this very clean and well-equipped house with all the home comforts. Roger made sure our stay was no hassle with clear and helpful instructions. He answered quickly to all our messages. Thanks for a lovely few days in such a peaceful and calm setting.

We had a great stay. The house is large, the rooms are spacious, kitchen well equipped. Very comfortable bedding. Nice walks. I would recommend this cottage.

Very pleasant small stay in this pretty and spacious cottage in a bucolic environment. Gite for 12 people but reasonably for 6 or 7 people. The top floor is difficult to access with stairs and attic walls. No insulation between bedrooms or from one floor to the other. 1 bathroom only 😔 A nice lot with a very nice terrace. With the good weather we were able to enjoy the barbecue and pleasant exteriors. We appreciated the barn which allowed us to bring in 5 motorcycles. Self check-in and check-out so we did not meet Alexandre.

Lovely place - very comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful gardens and places to relax. Yves and Christine are always available to help if needed but also respect guest privacy. Great bike rides in the area and Clamecy is a sweet town; also recommend Dijon and Auxerre for visiting.

Joanna and Julien are a very charming, attentive and responsive couple. We were very well welcomed The house is comfortable and very well equipped. We felt right at home. Quietly secluded and close to the fields, the nearest woods and village within walking distance. A nearby lake and the museum and the Colette house to visit that unfortunately we were not able to do because we were closed for work until April. The house is well heated and the fireplace is a real plus. Warmly recommended
