What a beautiful cottage! Great location, very clean and comfortable, lovely and cosy particularly with the fireplace, which was wonderful after a long day exploring the local area. James was super responsive and welcoming. The thoughtful touches with supplies to get you through the first morning were lovely! Would highly recommend this charming cottage and will plan a return visit!

Kay is an excellent host. Responds to all messages in a short period of time. Great communication. This is my second time at The Snug. It truly is a special, cozy Snug. Had everything I needed for a week’s stay. Love the touch of fresh eggs, bread and milk, all locally sourced for my arrival. Peaceful and surrounded by the beautiful Dorset countryside. Lovely characterful cottage in a beautiful spot. Incredibly quiet and peaceful. Really well equipped and spotlessly clean. Village shop and pub just down the road. Lovely walks on your doorstep. What more could you ask for!

Thanks again to Charlie and Nathalie for hosting us in their well-fitted annexe. A lovely quiet spot, tucked out of the way in Milborne Port near Sherborne. This is the second time we’ve stayed whilst visiting family, due to accommodation “overspill”, plus it was nice to get away and have our own space due to having the dog with us 🐶 Great hosts!
