Lovely stay, 5 mins from restaurant, spa etc and then a 10minute moped into town. Such a lovely space and super comfy bed and great air-con!

Excellent service and communication, the hosts were very helpful! The room and homestay are beautiful, surrounded bu nature and not far from Ninh Binh city with a cheap scooter rental. would 100% recommend!

What an amazing family homestay. They were the nicest couple. They knew a lot about the area, it was very easy communicating with them, and overall were so hospitable and kind. Breakfast was very tasty with yummy orange juice and coffee as well. They also helped us book a last minute tour for Cuc Phong National Park less than 14 hours before we went on it. Needless to say, we’d go back there again if we traveled through the area. Well worth it to stay here versus Tam Coc which is VERY touristy. Lots of local charm and good places to eat and relax in the area.
