Monthly Rentals in Yealand Conyers

This property was beautiful, and as described. I would go as far as saying it exceeded our expectations. It felt like a home from home. We visited with our dog and a lovely touch was the dog basket with blankets, towels and treats. It was spotlessly clean and had all the little things that you seem to forget when going away for a few days (salt, pepper, cleaning products). The host was very attentive and sent us so much information beforehand (where to visit, eat, local shops etc.) The property was situated in a quiet area with a little pond opposite us, it was lovely to see the ducks plodding along throughout the day. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants a few days relaxation, sight seeing and peace and quiet to give this property a go!

We stayed in a great little cottage for 1 night while travelling ; it was extremely clean and well equipped. Lovely walks along the canal were very welcome at the end of a long day of driving

We were having renovations done at our property and this was within walking distance. What we thought would take a few months took 9. Anne-Marie was very helpful and we were able to extend our stay at least three times. She always asked us if we needed too before accepting other bookings which was a great help. The property is comfortable, warm and pretty well equipped. The only down side for us was the lack of a washing machine but that we overcame and all the towels and bedding was provided every week which was a plus. The stairs to the flat are quite steep but well lite. So would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems but there is another flat available at ground level. Anne-Marie was friendly and responded very promptly to any questions we had.

Wow. The photos don’t do this property justice. The house is beautiful, impeccably clean, cosy and full of character. The area is stunning, 30 minutes from Windermere and 20 minutes from the beach with plenty to do and see in between. Jane was a fabulous host, very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this house to anyone and wish we’d stayed longer. We’ll be back!
