This home is BEAUTIFUL! Everything was clean, modern, spacious, and the host are GREAT! My wife and kids voted this our #1 stay on Air BnB thus far! Amazing place

The stay was amazing. The host was responsive and welcoming! I will most definitely search for this home first next time I visit. 5 stars across the board!!!!!

The location was easy to find. Near the highway but not close enough to hear the traffic. Close to downtown Ybor. Everything we wanted to do including Clearwater Beach, was less than an hour away. I will definitely stay there again. Provided enough towels, washcloths and amenities for everyone. Has a massage bed that inclines. Really nice sitting areas in the back yard that’s gated in. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay.

It was a great experience and would stay here or another of his properties.

The house was beautiful. Perfect location and conveniently next to everything you’d want to do. The property was clean and quiet. The host is very respectful and very helpful as to any questions you have. I enjoyed my stay and will easily be back to book with them when I come down!

This place is amazing and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and make cooking for a group easy. The backyard was great and the front porch chairs were very comfortable. Ann pays special attention to detail and provides a lot of extra amenities that made our stay even more confortable. The location is also great. I would highly recommend staying here.

Host was very quick to respond. A bit of a mix up during check in but immediately responded and found a solution quickly. Place was clean and large space.

The place was so cute and right in the middle of everything. If I ever find myself staying over in the Tampa area again, this will definitely be somewhere I come back to!

Clean, cute little place. Has a small fridge/freezer, not the big one in the pics, if you need that. The mattress on the bed was kinda weird, but overall this was a great place for the value. Very clean and tidy, quiet and private.

We came into Tampa for a two night show at the stadium and needed a place to stay before moving on to Orlando for the week. Grettels place was perfectly located, affordable, very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this place and we would totally stay here again. Thank You!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Tampa! The location was perfect—tucked away in a quiet area but still super convenient to everything we wanted to do. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Would absolutely stay here again!

Even better in person than the photos. Was blown away at theming. Great communication throughout. Very convenient location for event and awesome views.

We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and having the Big Bamboo bar / restaurant on the premises made it so convenient. The bed was comfortable and shower pressure good. We also appreciated the coffee bar.

This place was perfect! We found that whatever we needed or forgot was provided in the condo. The beds were comfy, lots of pillows, and loved sitting with our coffees (lots of varieties) on the balcony. Definitely be returning.

Beautiful home, very cute and amazing view as soon as you open the door. Everything is clean and adorable. Everything you need, and there is a bar, pool, sand area with chairs and tiki shades, swings, easy to get into and out of, parking was a breeze. Close to the interstate and local foods and beaches. Saw dolphins from the balcony both mornings!! Beautiful place, I’ll definitely stay again. Also, kid friendly! They have a pack and play, a fan, air Matress, heater, literally everything you need.

It was a very clean place and a great location. We were there to attend an event at Raymond James which was only a short drive, and close enough to the beach to enjoy that as well. The balcony was nice and private. We loved being able to just sit and enjoy the peaceful water view!

This place was very clean, and up to date inside. Hot tub was such a plus. Everything matched the photos! Very good price!!

Rosana was an excellent host- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Fun location on the bay with a great view, pool with towel service, and bar/grill with great burgers. Fire pit on the little beach at night with great view of sunset. The unit is in a quiet location within the complex with a view of the beach and bay. The trade-off is that the unit is a bit far from the elevator (though close to stairs). Great experience overall.
