Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Ybor City, Tampa

Enjoyed our stay at the house while my son and I attended the Metallica concert at Raymond James Stadium about 5 miles away. Great places to eat around there great location.

The house is very cute! The location was great, close to an interstate which made getting anywhere a breeze! There are 2 bedrooms but not a lot of “surface space” like a dresser to put things like jewelry, perfume and such. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would consider staying there again if I return to Tampa!

Me and my family had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home ! Everything was wonderful from the communication from Michale , fast responses , to the wonderful atmosphere! Me and my family will definitely be back to stay !

We had 5 teens and 4 adults for a weekend at Busch Gardens and a concert MIDFLORIDA Amphitheater. The home is perfect for a group of this size with plenty of space and nothing cramped. Everything is new and in great shape. It is super convenient to Busch Gardens and took less than 5 minutes to drive there. There is a grocery store less than 5 minutes which was nice as well. The neighborhood is working class and was very quiet. No issues at all. Would definitely stay again if heading to Busch Gardens or USF with a larger group.

Eric's home was beautiful, very clean, and exactly as advertised. His personal check in was a nice touch and he offered plenty of advice on his home as well as things to explore around the home and in Tampa in general. The pool table and back yard with hot tub and ample seating were perfect and private for our group. There was a lot to do in the area within walking distance, great location near Ybor City. Eric was always responsive. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting the Tampa, FL area. Thank you for everything, Eric!

Just like the pictures and description. Lots of driveway space and clear instructions. Responsive and accommodating hosts, perfect little apartment for a few people close to downtown. We didn’t feel crammed at all!

Great condo. You have to keep touching the black pad above the main door handle to get the key pad to come on. Love the lake and pool. Elevator was out of service but wasn’t an issue for us. Quiet safe are and hosts responded quickly when we had questions or needed more supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

Place looked just like the pictures it was nice and cozy we’d stay again when in the area

My second stay here. Always clean, great for 1 or 2 people. Beth is great and super helpful if you need anything. Would definitely recommend. I’ll certainly book another stay on my next trip to Tampa!

I would like to start off by complimenting Erin for the way she keeps this unit, It was as described and very well kept. It took us longer to get from the airport baggage claim to the rental car terminal than for us to drive to our unit. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely be contacting Erin for future rentals.

This unit was spotless and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of spices, coffee and tea for use. Toilet paper and such was also in abundance. No shortcomings here at all. We would stay at this location again or any others under this management.

David's flat is well appointed, clean, and very much in sync with what is posted in the listing. I highly recommend this apartment for a short or long-term stay. David and his spouse were so welcoming to me. I had the opportunity to visit with them several times over my stay and that was wonderful. As an aside, being a dog-lover myself, I also was able to have fun interface with their their two remarkably friendly dogs Kitty and Meatball. All in all a great stay in the Tampa area.

The house was a little smaller than expected, but still had everything we were looking for. We had a slight problem with the lights in the bathroom during our second day, but Eric was quick to respond to our concerns and helped us resolve the issue. The hot tub was an amazing added feature which we utilized every night and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and concise and easy to understand. Overall we had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend any couple to stay in this Airbnb.

Cheryl’s place was perfect for our U of Tampa graduation celebration! We were within 2 miles of all our favorite spots, SOHO, Hyde Park, the River walk, Downtown, U of Tampa, and my daughter’s apt! Also, very easy access and jump on 275. Davis Islands is a cute spot on its own as well. Very walkable for exercise and/or into the cute little town with bars, restaurants and a coffee shop. Cheryl’s place is great for a group. There’s space to hang out in the family room, as well as outside at the pool! We loved our time at the house, as well as when we were out exploring! I would definitely recommend Cheryl’s place. It feels more like a home than a rental! Thank you again! We hope to return!!

Amazing lake house, loved it

Jeff’s place was the most comfortable and accommodating AirBnB we’ve stayed at to date. The paddle boards, the dock, the bikes, and the hot tub!!! It was a wonderful place to stay with 4 kids!! Jeff and Mimi were great hosts and we appreciated their responsiveness and hospitality! Would definitely stay here again!

Mike is an incredible person. He was always available, ready to help us. The house is really nice, big, comfortable, good location. I totally recommend this place!

Tamara is Strong Queen that will communicate with you. She is a great host. I like the way she has her location decorated. Clear cut instructions that the majority of us should have had instilled in us since Elementary. Treat her castle as if it’s yours. I would lodge here whenever it’s available & I am in the area.
