Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Ybor City, Tampa

Great location, responsive owner, super clean and lots of space (bigger than it looks in the pics) We stayed here right before going on a cruise and the washer/dryer came in very handy. The building itself is a little fussy, but thats not the owners fault, as this is primarily an apartment residence. Just pay attention to the detailed parking instructions they give you and points and times of access. Other than that, there’s a Starbucks and dominos right downstairs and of course, close proximity to riverwalk.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. The location was ideal, the condo was very clean and comfortable, and the owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. We highly recommend this condo and plan on staying there again next time we are in town.!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, the host made me feel incredibly welcome. Communication was clear and timely, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could have asked for. The location was perfect, close to airport, and yet peaceful enough to truly relax. What really stood out was the host’s hospitality—friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure my stay was perfect. It felt less like a rental and more like a home away from home. The apartment complex was gorgeous and the space we rented was beautiful with great amenities. It was conveniently located near the mall and the airport making it accessible to anything we needed during our stay.

Stayed jus a few day but it was a local stay so it may us feel right at home it was very nicely decorated & spacious. Best part for us was the view from the room/rooftop it was absolutely beautiful 🤩

Would recommend to anyone because every time we come back home to visit I have stayed here multiple times and my family and I love it because everything we need is close by. This is one of our favorite stays when we visit Tampa.

It was a little confusing to find the apartment at first as we had entered into the wrong doorway from the parking garage. The apartment was very tidy. I would recommend updating the blankets and pillows as they were quite worn down. I would also recommend a small table on either side of the couch so that you may set a beverage on it. The pool was absolutely stunning. Everyone around us was very pleasant.

Though i didn't need much, Adela was perfect. She made check in very easy with no issues. The view from balcony was beautiful and relaxing. I will stay here again in a heart beat. The pool has a nice atmosphere and great view too. All in all, my stay was fantastic!

Such an awesome place to stay with amazing views. Clean and had extra essentials which makes it nice. Loved the fan and TV above the bed and the large shower. I traveled alone and felt completely safe. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location, a very clean complex the apartment itself was in great shape and provided of all the amenities. The host was very welcoming and a great communicator. The pool area and Tiki bar were a big hit. Great food and drinks. We loved that they served breakfast, which was really convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

What a delightful find - Mallory is an excellent host and her condo was clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and well stocked with coffee and toiletries.

This place was perfect! We found that whatever we needed or forgot was provided in the condo. The beds were comfy, lots of pillows, and loved sitting with our coffees (lots of varieties) on the balcony. Definitely be returning.

Beautiful home, very cute and amazing view as soon as you open the door. Everything is clean and adorable. Everything you need, and there is a bar, pool, sand area with chairs and tiki shades, swings, easy to get into and out of, parking was a breeze. Close to the interstate and local foods and beaches. Saw dolphins from the balcony both mornings!! Beautiful place, I’ll definitely stay again. Also, kid friendly! They have a pack and play, a fan, air Matress, heater, literally everything you need.

Excellent host! Orit was responsive, clear, and accommodating. Being so close to the Airport was very convenient and the drive to Clearwater Beach was scenic and peaceful. The unit was confortable and the balcony view was worth it. The pool is much smaller in real life, when it's overcrowded. We visited during late Spring-break though, so, it might be more relaxing when schools are in session. The beach rocks are very slippery and covered in sharp shells. If you decide to be brave it and climb down to swim, bring your own first aid kit.

The house was fantastic, comfortable, great amenities. I’m so glad we chose to stay there instead of a hotel!

Me and my family had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home ! Everything was wonderful from the communication from Michale , fast responses , to the wonderful atmosphere! Me and my family will definitely be back to stay !

We had a great stay at Joel's place from May 8-12 while we were visiting Tampa for our daughter's graduation from USF and USAF Commissioning. Joel was very responsive, friendly, provided lots of recommendations, and made us feel welcome. Upon arrival there was a welcoming graduation sign in the yard along with flowers, a card and some decorations inside. This was a very thoughtful touch and much appreciated. It was also wonderful to have k-cups, water, sugar, etc. provided for us at the house. I also loved that there was workout equipment in the garage area. I used the treadmill a couple mornings before venturing out for a daytime activities. The house is super convenient to Busch Gardens and USF's campus.

I was in the Tampa Bay Area. visiting family, and booked William’s place for myself, my adult children, 3 year old grandson and pet. There was plenty of space for everyone. His place is an oasis. Absolutely beautiful! The home was very, very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There are 2 and 1/2 baths, but we were fine. The pool was a major hit for my grandson. Having a private, beautiful pool area, and a gate for the dog, was perfect for our family getaway. William was very responsive, answering questions and concerns quickly. I highly recommend his place! You will feel right at home!

Place was very nice and clean! Daren was an awesome host, very responsive, accommodating, & friendly!

Very clean and comfortable bungalow with a stellar backyard area with lots of seating and places to lounge. Multiple tvs and a very fun game room, and three spacious bedrooms. Located in a great area with just two miles to Publix and other retail locations. The kitchen was fully stocked - could use a little love, as the silverware and cutlery were well used - and clean. The hosts are truly the hidden asset of this unit. Upon arrival, we learned that the previous tenant had broke the coffee pot. We asked Lorena about this on arrival and had a new coffee pot delivered in 90 minutes! Never had faster responses to any requests, and it was all positive. Very impressed and would stay again.

Keisha was great to work with and very responsive. The place as perfect and we will definitely be back.
