The little house

Relax and enjoy this cozy little house located centrally in Richland Wa. at the foothills of Badger and Candy mountain. We are near shopping, restaurants, wineries and easy access to the Highway. We have some of the best wineries in the country. Lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. The little house has a queen murphy bed, and another queen bed in the loft. It’s designed for 1-4 guests. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, blender and electric skillet.

Relax in a peaceful setting in the foothills outside of Yakima. Large great room to sit in front of gas stove after skiing, hiking, fishing or kayaking in the nearby rivers and mountains. Sit in the private hot tub, surrounded only by hills. A canal road out of the back for beautiful walks with your dog. Plenty of room for snowmobile trailers and turnaround. Mim's Place is a special place where all are welcome. Grandma Mim and Grandpa Pat built our little country farmhouse in 1940. It is a modest peaceful home surrounded by cattle and alpaca farms. Quail, dove birds and big horned owl are seen daily. Enjoy the sunrise over Horse Heaven Hills or the remarkable sunset as it falls over Mt. Adams. Only 3 miles away is Vintners Village, home to over 12 wineries and and great food. Prosser boasts over 35 wineries and is home to many wine events.

The Cottage at Sugarloaf Vineyard

Sugarloaf Cottage is a beautiful 3 bedroom cottage located in a very private setting on a Hilltop in the center of one of our vineyard's. Open concept home with outstanding views of the Yakima Valley and Cascade mountains while only 10 minutes from Yakima and all services. There are several wineries within 5 minutes' drive. The cottage is in an area frequently used by road and mountain bikers and hikers. You will be welcome to walk the vineyards and around sheep pastures on the farm.
